Year Purchased: 2011
About: My family has summered on North Haven since 1914. My grandfather was a sculpter and knew Frank Benson, the owner of Wooster Farm from 1905 to 1951. I grew up playing tennis on the clay court.
Why North Haven, ME, USA:
As a tribute to Frank Benson and to my father and grandfather, I bought Wooster Farm in 2011 and have renovated it and preserved it in its original condition and have opened it up to thousands of art lovers who have enjoyed seeing where Mr. Benson painted and etched.
The Unique Benefits at this Farmhouse:
Wooster Farm is an enchanted place where people make happy memories; there have been a lot of weddings and dances in the Barn and families have had fun playing on the tennis court and baseball in the front lawn and walking the pristine beaches nearby.
