The guesthouse offers a cozy oasis with 2 queen size memory foam mattresses, blackout curtains for a restful night's sleep.The apartment has an eclectic fully stocked kitchen, a beautifully renovated bathroom, high-speed WIFI and a Smart TV.

While staying at the property, you will enjoy an outdoor kitchen with plenty of comfortable of seating, a hot tub and fire pit, surrounded by plenty of majestic oaks.

The house was comfortable, clean and spacious for a quick weekend getaway. The tiny restroom though 😄. The best part the house is pet friendly.

Knights Parade Gathering

Nice open layout to the home. Wonderful outdoor area with hot tub we enjoyed. Our stay was a pirate gathering for the Black Pearl in the Knight's Parade.

We had a very large group (16) adults for a graduation at USF. We were disappointed by the general condition of the house, especially the outside area. The grounds were not tended, the outside of house needs a good pressure washing and there are broken items and debris. We

Overgrown landscaping limiting parking. Discarded furniture on porch and yard. Muskie smell in house. Broken toilet seat and chair. Small spiral stairs limited who could access room. Needs maintenance/cleaning.

Need updates, not a 1st choice

Check in was easy. Kitchen, dining, and living room were the best part of the house. The house can use some updates. It was tidy, not super clean. The area was sketchy, host stated the area was going through gentrification, not true, it was straight in the hood, nothing screamed we are gentrified. Would be nice to have tvs in all rooms. The description of how to access the 2 bedrooms outside should be discussed in the description, not after the place was chosen with a message saying i will refund you if that is not ok. I would suggest updating the beds and bedding. It looks like the host went to the thrift store to furnish the place. Outside could use some tending to. Hot tub smelled of mold, grills need to me updated. Half bath was a joke. Hiding the front of the house is a no not in this neighborhood, someone could be hiding to get you. It was not worth what was paid, don't say can sleep 17 but charge extra for over 10 people. That should be stated in the description. If I could do it over, I would not choose this place.
