Enjoy a delightful stay in my cheerful 4 bedrooms house for your Saint Augustine trip. The unit is equipped with a washer, WIFI, and a dedicated workspace to make your stay comfortable. You can always enjoy your favorite shows by signing in to your streaming account using the one of the three Roku TV’s, full kitchen, and a fabulous patio area with fire pit and charcoal grill. Our house is less than 10 min away from the beach, restaurants, museums, shops, cafes, bars, and local parks. A great location for you to discover Saint Augustine in the best way.

Your sleeping space has a King plush bed (s) in two of the bedrooms with TV(s), Queen bed in bedroom three with a TV and the fourth bedroom has 3 twin beds.

In the living room, you can unwind on a super comfy couch and watch TV or streaming your favorite shows! Just log into your streaming accounts.

The dining area is available for guests to join for nightly dinners. Off the back is a private patio area where guests can sunbathe, have lunch under the shaded teak wood table, enjoy afternoon cocktails on the outdoor sectional, or warm up in the evening around the firepit. We look forward to hosting you!

This was a great stay for us, our small kids & dog while we were in town for a wedding. The house had everything we needed, was very clean, and very pet-friendly. It was close to lots of attractions in St Augustine but in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Property is great dog friendly fenced in yard. Plenty of lizards for the kids to chase around centrally located close to Saint Augustine downtown and local beaches and the owners were amazing to work with very flexible and want to help in anyway they could.

Beautiful home with comfortable beds in every room. Within 10 minutes of everything we had on our agenda to do, we had the convenience of being close to old St Augustine and having quiet without being in the midst of a lot a traffic. Check in and out were simplistic, and our host communicated with us throughout the trip. Host provided a portable crib and high chair for little ones, and had a big pet bed for use if pets were visiting as well. Definitely saving to use for future trips!

By the Park, is family and pet friendly! It is a fantastic neighborhood with a short walk to a local park with views of the marsh and intercoastal. The beaches and historic downtown are only minutes away and the house is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. This is a spacious home with 4 Smart TV's all over 55 inches and with fast fiber internet, it is easy to stream you favorite shows! The backyard is equipped with a charcoal grill, outdoor table and a firepit.
