About this property

Brand New 5 bedroom, 5 bath home. The ground level has a small living area with TV, a bed and a bathroom, with small kitchen and a 16' x 8' covered lanai leading to the pool and overlooking the lagoon.

The 2nd level boasts a 24 x 13 great room, with a 25 x 10 covered patio overlooking the lagoon. The kitchen, living area, dining area, one bedroom, one bath and the washer/dryer/ utility room.

The 3rd level has the large master suite, and two other bedrooms. One of them is a junior master with an ensuite bath. The bunk bedroom has a 3rd bath on this level for making them all ensuite. The master has covered patio overlooking the lagoon.

Our trip to the Keys

We had a very good time Spent a lot of time in pool using kyacs and paddle boards. Plus out to eat and cooking in. Visited key west turtle hospital esmorada saw dolphins Manitee jellyfish lizards swam in the water. Thank you for letting us use the condo. We accidently broke the glass on the in table downstairs in patio by pool. It was great family time

Great house in perfect location

This house was perfect for my extended families visit over spring break. The location of the home is so close to Sombrero Beach. You could walk or bike ride in a few minutes. The house provides standup paddle boards, multiple kayaks, bikes and fishing rods. We used the dock to fish and kayak. It was perfect. The pool was small but it wasn’t an issue at all. We paid for the pool heat and it was great - sometimes warmer than the air temperature! Lindsay was very responsive the couple times I had to contact her with a question during our stay. Highly recommend this home and rental company!
