Location was excellent, view was amazing. I liked being on the 2nd floor, it was close to the stairs so we didn't have to use elevators and lobby everytime to come and go.

There’s trees in front of condo but ocean and little bit of beach is in view. Air conditioning did not work the entire time we were there and one of the bedside lights was broken and sort of hanging on the wall in master bedroom. Convenient to get to beach/pool/ and fitness center which was clean and nice. We were refunded the rental price because of air conditioning not working but with all the fees including 90 concierge fee( we did not use”concierge “ services) we still owed quite a bit. Luckily not hot while we were there so not a big issue.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The unit was very clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. This is true also for the whole property. The management was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We look forward to coming back.

One Seagrove Place

We had grandparents, parents and young children and it was a great stay for all! Loved how close the beach and pool were with lots of options or food and treats in walking distance. We will be returning!

Awesome weekend beach trip!!

Perfect location for either a week or 4 day vacation! Check in process was super easy, plenty of parking, great views, extremely easy access to the beach, and large beach area to use. Everyone was so polite and we were so close to Seaside Square and less than 30 minutes to other great restaurants in Santa Rosa, Seagrove, etc. The unit was the perfect size for 2-4 adults and super cozy. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for families

We really enjoyed our stay at One Seagrove Place. The staff with Scenic Stays was helpful and accommodating. The condo was very clean upon check in. We had plenty of clean towels and bed linens and the kitchen was well stocked. The appliances were very nice as well. The property was convenient to several restaurants and area attractions. Our only complaint was the small amount of beach that we had to use. It got very crowded due to the public access and being surrounded by unusable "private property" on either side. Despite that I would recommend One Seagrove Place and Scenic Stays. We look forward to booking in the future.

Spring Break Getaway

The location is perfect for easy access to the beach. The condo has everything for a relaxing vacation. The unit is really nice and does look like the pictures. It is smaller than it appears in the pictures. There is also no extra storage space in the kitchen. The unit was clean but the toilet had stains around the rim of the upper part of the toilet bowl. All in all we enjoyed our stay and loved the proximity to the beach.

Nice view, condo dated and dirty

Nice layout but didn’t expect condo to be so old and need of updating. Our feet were black from the dirty floor, screens on both sliders were broken and all drains in sinks and showers were clogged and didn’t drain. Great location but definitely unit needs to be updated

A little disappointed

Not stocked very well with towels and washcloths. Asked for more and got 5 towels and one hand towel. No washcloths. No internet service so TV was limited which would have been fine if not for rain. We have stayed there before (14th floor) and was pleased. Just a little different this time. Also no tables or umbrellas around pool.

It was fine and acceptable. Unit is small and dated. We rented this condo for location above all. King bed and bedding should definitely be replaced. The sheets were a rough material and not soft and cozy. Master shower wouldn’t drain while in use, garbage disposal in kitchen didn’t work. Bed felt like it was at the end of its life. My husband is very picky about beds. He was not happy. The building itself is old. Unit had cracks in different places in the wall/ ceiling. Unit is not fully “gulf view” because it’s on the 2nd floor behind trees and brush. Overall it was fine for the purpose.

Great complex

Great location, condo was clean, more than enough room for my haunted and I. Our dryer heating mechanism wasn’t working so that was a pain. Wood’s take 4-5 cycle to dry cuz it was just air. But reported to front desk & housekeeper was there at the time & offered to wash/dry our laundry. We didn’t find that necessary. Only did 2 loads of laundry & just ran the dryer multiple times to dry. The only negative was the two bedrooms didn’t seem to get as cool as the rest of the condo. The family/kitchen area always seemed to be cooler at night & both my husband & I found it hot at night in bedrooms. Not sure if it was the ventilation or what but that was the only negative. Love the location of One Seagrove Place.
