About this property

Casa Verde, 1bed & 1bath, with private entrance and hot tub

Stay in the coveted and historic Old North End Neighborhood! You will have a private room/full bathroom with a separate entrance that locks off from the rest of Casa Verde, a 100 year old renovated bungalow. The room includes a private hot tub, ample free street parking, WiFi, mini fridge, microwave, & coffee maker.

Located 1 mile north of downtown, walk to Colorado College, Monument Valley Trail, & the neighborhood cafe. 10 minute drive to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and USAFA gate.

The space:
Cozy, private, one bedroom/one bath space with its own entrance. Consider the space similar to a hotel room, however it's located in a charming historic neighborhood. Your room is attached to our home and separated by a wall so there is no shared indoor space.

Guest access:
Access to the private 1bed/1 bath unit, front garden, front patio, and private hot tub area.

During your stay:
You will have your private space throughout your stay. We are available to help if any issues arise.

Other things to note:
Pets live on the property. We have a dog (golden retriever) and a cat (flamepoint) that occasionally run into guests during their stay. Both are friendly and love saying hello.

Perfect place for access to Colorado College

Casa Verde is located just two blocks north of the campus of Colorado College, so it is perfect for attending any events there. The room was clean, bright and pleasant. Truly a nice place to stay.

Located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Very clean and super easy to communicate with the owner. The only comment i have to leave is that I wish the property had a bigger water heater to supply more hot shower water because it was cold outside in January .

Quiet and cozy

We loved staying at La casa verde! The room was perfect for myself and my partner for our short stay in Colorado Springs. The hosts provided complimentary coffee and toiletries which were much appreciated. While we did not use the hot top it was great to have the option. The stay was quiet and peaceful. We definitely recommend anyone who is staying in Colorado Springs to stay at la casa verde!

We love everybit of everything. The adventures we had were awesome. The same touches they added to the stay. We stopped and grabbed essentials only to find they had it all provided for us down to qtips (lol)

Perfect Staycation Spot!

My husband and I drove down from Littleton for a quick weekend away and it was perfect! Everything was clean, cozy, private, and welcoming and the hot tub was a huge bonus. Both nights we sat out under the stars before bed and it was the perfect way to unwind. The location also can't be beat- everything you need is nearby, whether it's food, shopping, or outdoor activities. Ryan was attentive and we hope to be back. The only downside? We never got to meet their dog ;)
