Welcome to a true Xanadu paradise, resort like vacation home located on the constant level Colorado River arm of Lake LBJ in the Clearwater Harbor gated community. Walk out onto your back patio to an outdoor mecca including an outdoor kitchen, rotating smart TV to watch the games, hot tub and one of the largest pools in Clearwater Harbor with seating on plush couches, dining table for 8 and pool loungers. Open up the doors and your patio turns into an outdoor/indoor playground with pool table, foosball, ping pong and air hockey tables. Yard games including Bocce Ball, Giant Jenga, Connect Four and water toys are available to complete a relaxing and fun-filled vacation.

Inside the home, you'll find immaculate decor with hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen is supplied with all the appliances and utensils you will need for a large dinner party that seats 12 at the dining room table. There is additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar and for 4 on the deck off the dining room overlooking the lake views. The sleeping level invites you to rest or ramble in two pristine bunk rooms and two luxurious king-sized bedrooms, master having a private office, wine/coffee bar and patio with unobstructed views of the lake. Smart TV's installed in each bedroom and Living Room and are on Sling TV and internet access.

Extra Amenities:
*Two kayaks and two paddleboards are available for guest use.
*Community has a gated entrance and is 5 minutes from Legends Golf Course on LBJ with available tee times for guests.
*Home has a glass elevator with views of the lake and stops on each level from pool-living-sleeping.
*Bring your boat or jet ski. There are locations available to rent one, as well. Use the designated covered boat slip at the private marina with boat ramp onsite at no extra charge which is equipped with an electric lift that fits up to a 24 foot ski boat or pontoon/tritoon.
*Near Kingsland are waterfront restaurants, boat and watercraft rentals, local wineries, shopping/dining in the quaint nearby town of Marble Falls.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. For the safety of guests and host, we have exterior cameras at entrances.
