This 2 bed, 1 bath has king & queen memory foam mattresses, 55-inch TV, fast WIFI, washer/dryer, tankless water heater, and a fully fenced-in yard. Minutes to world famous beaches, downtown St Pete, and Beach Blvd all while being tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood oasis. Plus, only a short drive to local hot spots like Tropicana Field, Dali Museum, Sunken Gardens, & Stetson University.

Our home is designed to make your stay in St Pete+Gulfport as stress-free as possible so you can have a fun and memorable trip. Our home includes:

Central Avenue is 4 blocks from our home and is the main street for local shops and dining. We highly recommend a cruise down the street heading east to the water and stopping wherever strikes your fancy.

You will have complete access to the entire townhouse except one owner's closet which is locked. Only you and your guests will have access to the space during your stay.

Please note:
This is an entire home that is part of a duplex. There is a shared wall with another unit so it is not suitable for parties or large gatherings.

For liability reasons, we can only allow the number of guests confirmed in the reservation on the property at any time during your stay (maximum 4 guests).

Quiet hours are between 11pm-9am.

And, for everyone's safety, there is a Ring doorbell security camera on the outside of the house. Any tinkering or manipulation of the camera will cause your trip to be canceled immediately and without a refund.

Perfect little gem

This was the perfect place for us to decompress after the hurricanes damaged our homes. It was clean, quiet and very cute and comfy. The owner was very responsive to all our questions and made us feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again if needed.

Weekend in St Pete

This was a mother/daughter trip and we absolutely loved the house. Location was amazing. Close to everything and a very friendly neighborhood. House was clean, cute and cozy. Beds and living room seating were so comfortable and many amenities. We especially appreciated the restaurant recommendations. Everything we tried was wonderful. We will definitely be back.

Adorable house

I booked this for a quick trip to Saint Pete for spring break with my teenage daughters and 13 year old grandson. I was so excited to get there and see what a super cute, clean and well stocked home this was. The decor was adorable!! The house was stocked of all kitchen and bath items that would be needed for our stay. The home also offered beach towels, a beach umbrella and beach loungers. I loved the bound book that gave suggestions for things to do while in St Pete, restaurant suggestions for breakfast, lunch, dinner and ice cream. I would definitely stay here again.
