Cozy quiet retreat

The space was very accommodating. Cozy and clean as an extra space while my parents were visiting. Lala was easy to get ahold of if we had questions.

The unit was not a cozy secluded unit. It was a basement mother-in-law suite. The host was upstairs. It is fine for a few days stay.

This guest rented on behalf of her deranged son who damaged my unit and left a bloody urined filled mess. I had to replace the sofa, 2 rugs, bedding, towels and mirror after him. Beware! The police were called in an active investigation is open. Do not rent to this guest.

It is not a guest house as advertised. It is a moldy daylight basement.
