Originally from NY, I've made the Myrtle Beach area my home for over 20 years now. I enjoy taking outdated oceanfront units and updating them giving guests a more comfortable, modern space. I'm a mountain lover as well and also have a cabin in the mountains of TN which we love to frequent as often as possible.

I chose this building because of its proximity to the Airport, Market Common area and state park. I like to get units that bring people closer to the local spots rather than the touristy areas.
