Located on the 23rd Floor of the The Pacific Monarch Condotel - The 1 bedroom property with kitchen has stunning views of Waikiki, Plus the Ocean, Diamond Head & mountain range.
The Bedroom offers a Queen bed with Smart TV, dresser, closet & ceiling fan.
The main living area has two sleeper sofa beds - easily accommodating another two adults and 2 kids - The unit sleeps a max of 4 adults and 2 children.

There's a full kitchen with 4 burner stove & oven along with microwave, blender, coffee maker, plus all pots, pans, dishware & silverware. Ample glasses and mugs.

The dining area has a circular dining table and seating for 4 guests.

Whilst staying at our place you have full access to the rooftop pool and sundeck, the oversized hot tub and sauna.

We will endeavor to get you settled as soon as the suite is ready on the day of arrival and there is a guest lounge below the roof deck to wait in if needed (front desk can provide access once they confirm your arriving reservation).

A couple of cups were dirty (dried milk or something was stuck to the bottom), non-stick pots and pans were so scratched up we didn't use them, "sleeps 4 adults & 2 kids" is certainly a stretch because it wouldn't be comfortable at all. We'd say it sleeps 2 adults in the bedroom and the 2 pull out couches in the living room can do with a thicker mattress or another topper so you don't feel like sleeping on coils. That being said, the rooftop pool and hot tub was amazing and the location was wonderful.

Was a bit smaller than I thought from pictures but still big enough for a family of four. Great views, and blackout curtains which kept out the heat of the day. The host got back to us quickly with answers to my questions. Great location to everything and neighborhood was quiet after 11pm. Overall we had a great time!

Check in process was confusing as the code to the door was sent as a message at the time of booking months in advance, the code was not visible anywhere in the app unless you clicked into messages. Location was amazing and perks like beach towels and toys for kids were a nice touch. One of the sofa beds needs to be replaced badly with broken springs and saggy mattress but the other sofa bed was nice. We especially appreciated all the kitchen amenities like microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Overall a nice stay but vrbo should improve how it displays check in info from the host.

The Location can’t be beat but the apartment is basic. Walkable to everything and the beach is 4mins away. Lots of beach toys as well.

Property was a bit dated but very clean! Bedroom fan only had 1 speed so it got pretty warm in the bedroom. The location was great! Walking distance to the beach and plate lunch across the street was so good and reasonably priced. Rooftop pool and hot tub super cool!

Great location and views. Close walk to beach, food and shopping. Check in process was easy. Kids enjoyed the rooftop pool. Unit is a bit outdated, but it did the job. However, pull out couch was uncomfortable. Parking garage available, but expensive and limited space. Hard to find street parking.

As advertised, beautiful views all around. Nice rooftop with Jacuzzi access, very close to beach and lots of food and shopping.

The property was nice. Had a nice pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and bbq area. Only minutes from the ocean, stores, eating, and everything. The kitchen had everything we needed. Only issue was that there was 6 of us and only 2 towels and no blankets. Took 3 days to get additional towels and no blankets ever arrived.

If you stay at this property you will see the same kind of reviews “the location is amazing, but the property is old” this is the same for my review. If you want to stay really close to the beach without the super high price for being that close, then this is perfect. But the property itself needs a lot of money/maintenance done, the cleaning crew for the property is doing a bad job as it seemed like some lazy teenagers are quickly cleaning just to get out of there, nearly everything in the place is either ripped/broken or dirty. The communication is great as the host responds back fast, but the information on what you get with the property and or your responsibilities at the property is not explained before purchasing. I will also say that the description on Vrbo and the pre-check-in information from the host do not match up with each other or even the property. I would say shop around for a different place before having to settle on this one…I want to also be clear that I am not someone that is accustomed to fancy living, but this was definitely not worth the money I worked hard to save and take a vacation with, only to use a portion of it on washing the bedding (before sleeping on it as it smelled unclean) towels, rags, buying toilet paper and other amenities I would need to stay here. If they would put some money into this place and get a better cleaning crew, this could be top notch for renting….as it stands now, no one should spend their hard earned money on this rental

Great location. 2 blocks from amazing sunsets.

Compact and able to accommodate family. Limited Kitchen facilities available. Light in kitchen want working & didn't get fixed despite requesting. Easy to walk to beach, Ala Moana, restaurants, zoo. Advertised with roof top pool which was under repair. Able to use the pool next door. Booked for 6, on arrival not enough towels, bed linen. Quickly sorted. Communication very good - quick, responsive (except for fixing the light). Good value for money.

Needs a little love

As most places in Waikiki the age of things like furniture and window coverings needs updating. We were shorted some basic amenities but after the next day after sending an email the basic amenities were dropped off. The air conditioner in the living room was good . Left the bedroom windows open all night to get sone cool air. Although things lije the kitchen light not working and the broken boogie boards I would stay again as the location was perfect

Great location & view, suite was not clean and dated

Location was perfect, as were the views! Rooftop deck and lounge are also excellent spaces. Check if they're available for your stay as extensive renovations are underway! Alberto (a member of the management team) was awesome to work with! He's your man if you plan to stay here. The hideaway bed had a broken frame, making it unusable unless the mattress was on the floor. There's no AC in the bedroom (would be helpful to know in the listing) so the door must stay open at all times to be comfortable no privacy. AC unit is very loud, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The bed in the main bedroom was extremely soft/bouncy and may be difficult for some travelers. There were a number of missing/broken items in the unit that management has been made aware of. Light fixtures, broken master bed leg, broken hide-a-bed, vacuum. We were offered immediate fixes but didn't want anyone in the unit while we were out, or to waste holiday time in the unit for repairs, so we made due. Kitchen was minimally stocked for at-home cooking, but was manageable. Toaster, coffee maker, and microwave were new and in great shape. The rest was a mismatch of thrift store-like items. Management did provide new cutting boards, bowls, mugs and sharp knives on our second day. (most of these were not in the unit when we arrived). Question management on cleanliness when booking as we found a dirty sock, tea bag, hair and crumbs when we first arrived. Beach chairs/umbrellas were good.

Es hat uns sehr gefallen in der privaten Wohnung im 23. Stock des Pacific Monarch, die Aussicht auf Honolulu und den Waikiki Beach war der Hit! Unsere drei Kinder und wir fanden auch den Rooftop Pool toll, sogar eine Saune mit Ausblick gibt es.Das Check-In und die Kommunikation verlief hervorragend. Die Küchenausstattung war gut, einzig eine etwas grössere Pfanne hat uns gefehlt. Praktisch war auch die Parkgarage nebenan, wo wir für 35/24Std. unser Mietauto parkiert haben.Strand, Restaurants und Lebensmittelladen (Target) alles zu Fuss schnell zu erreichen.Wir haben unseren gesamten Aufenthalt in Honolulu sehr genossen! Mahalo und Aloha
