The Space:
Welcome to our carefully curated short-term rental in Colorado, perfect for families and groups. Enjoy exclusive access to the entire main floor and upper floor, complete with a private front door entrance and a spacious two-car garage.

The walkout basement is usually rented separately, but you can book the entire house for larger groups and a more private stay.

LIVING ROOM
On the main level, the modern living area invites relaxation with comfortable furnishings, creating a warm atmosphere for quality time. Upstairs, a spacious living room offers entertainment with a large Smart TV, Pac-Man arcade, and foosball table for enjoyable movie nights and friendly competition.

KITCHEN
Step into the updated kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. We have stocked it with cookware, utensils, drinking glasses, wine glasses, measuring cups, coffee cups, plates & bowls, microwave oven, toaster, cooking spices, and a Keurig coffee maker. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or simply enjoy a home-cooked meal, this kitchen has you covered.

BEDROOM SETUP
Indulge in the ultimate relaxation in the King master bedroom upstairs, complete with an en-suite bathroom boasting a free-standing bathtub, double vanity, and ample closet space, providing a serene sanctuary for a blissful stay. Adjacent, the Queen bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with its comfortable bed and soothing ambiance, perfect for rejuvenating sleep. Ideal for families or groups, the Twin trundle bedroom features a twin bed with a twin trundle and a kid-sized activity table, ensuring little ones are entertained. Meanwhile, on the main level, the cozy Twin bedroom provides a comfortable twin daybed, offering a perfect spot for a restful night's sleep.

BATHROOM
Upstairs, the well-appointed full bathroom provides large fluffy towels, soft toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, along with feminine products and face wipes for a pampered and refreshed stay. Meanwhile, on the main level, the conveniently located half bath offers added convenience for you and your guests.

DECK
Step onto the small walkout deck right off the kitchen and savor your morning coffee in the fresh mountain air around the propane fire pit!

Guest Access:
1. Enter through the front door and you will be welcomed by the modern living area and updated kitchen. The master has a king bed and a brand new Smart TV to relax after a day’s worth of adventure. The second bedroom is equipped with a twin daybed, a third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has a full bed with a twin trundle. All bedrooms are perfectly set up with fresh linens for your stay.
2. Your kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, drinking glasses, wine glasses, measuring cups, coffee cups, plates & bowls, microwave oven, toaster, cooking spices, and a Keurig.
3. Feel at home with stocked coffee pods, tea and creamer, and complimentary drinks and snacks. You will also have access to a private washer and dryer, and be provided with laundry soap and dryer sheets for any laundry you may need to do during your stay.
4. For your convenience, the bathroom is well stocked with large fluffy towels, soft toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide feminine products and face wipes.
5. For the Kiddos: We happily provide a high chair and pack n play for your little ones! We have a small table in the bedroom upstairs with kid-sized chairs for activities and the top of the bunk is all set up as a reading loft.

The Neighborhood:
Monument is not only an oasis right on the outskirts of Colorado Springs, but also has cute coffee shops, small shopping areas in the heart of Monument, and is just so peaceful and serene. It has easy access to all that the Springs has to offer, including downtown, the Broadmoor, Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and more. Its about a 30-minute drive to the Cheyenne Mt Zoo, the Broadmoor Resort, Red Rocks open area, Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, Downtown dining, Colorado College, and the New Olympic Training Center!

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

Unauthorized late checkout fee $20 Per stay

The private walkout basement is rented separately most of the time, but you are welcome to book the WHOLE house with both listings for large groups and a more private stay.
