This cozy villa features a queen bed in the bedroom, queen sleeper sofa, and small bunk beds perfect for kids. Relax with Roku Smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom, and cook meals easily in the fully equipped kitchen. Sip your morning coffee or unwind in the evening on your private oceanview balcony!

Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. Enjoy restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all just a short stroll away, making it the perfect location for a fun and relaxing Hilton Head getaway! 🌊🏝️

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

Biking is the most common form of transportation in the area, rentals are available in walking distance. There is also a free trolley that runs all over the island and picks up across the street about every 20-30 minutes.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Toes in the Sand

Excellent location, just minutes from the door to the sand! Walking distance to the park and many restaurants. Check-in was clear and simple and the unit was as advertised with a great balcony to enjoy morning coffee and evening wine. Pool was also nice. Will definitely be back!

I was very pleased with the condo and would definitely stay here again! The condo was clean and the pictures are a true representation of the inside. There is a wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony and the walk to the beach is short and easy! The location is close to restaurants and a grocery store. There were a lot of little touches that I appreciated, a small box with a couple of sweet treats..well equipped kitchen...good chairs on balcony...beach chairs...a full length mirror... lots of hooks and plenty of hangers in the closet!! A great stay! Thank You!

All About Location

Location, location, location!!! What more do you need?! Literally steps to the beach. They provide the beach chairs and towels. It was a needed no-brainer! Everything you need is provided. Jeremy, the host, was wonderful and Kendall, host, responded quickly to questions I had. Walking distance into the cute Coligny town center. You can walk for miles on the beach. Insane sunrises and sunsets! We WILL be back for more!!
