Welcome to your perfect Hilton Head getaway! This spacious, 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath villa (1,158 sq ft) is your home away from home—just 3 blocks from the pristine white-sand beach (an easy 5-8-minute stroll).
**LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION** Whether you're hitting the beach, exploring local dining and shops, or enjoying a quiet evening in, this Hilton Head villa offers everything you need for a relaxing coastal retreat.
* 1-minute walk to Van Der Meer Tennis Club
* 7-minute walk to Coligny Plaza with 20+ restaurants, shops, and entertainment
* Steps from Celebration Park, Pirate Ship play structure and The Sandbox Children’s Museum
After a fun-filled day at the beach, cool off in the community pool just steps from your door.
Inside the Villa:
* Two large bedrooms, each with private ensuite bathrooms, located upstairs for extra privacy
* Primary bedroom has blackout curtains for a perfect night's sleep
* Convenient half bath on the main floor
* Open-concept layout connects the kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook, and living room — perfect for relaxing or gathering with family
* Fully equipped kitchen with your choice of Keurig or drip coffee maker, blender, crock pot, and hand mixer
* Full-size washer and dryer
* Board games, puzzles, and books available for guest use
* Newer flooring throughout the entire unit
Please note: we are on the second floor of the building and both bedrooms are located on the second floor within the villa. There are no elevators in the complex.
Security Note:
For your safety, there is a doorbell camera monitoring the front door.
There is a strict NO SMOKING policy in Beach Arbor. Additional cleaning fee of $500 will apply if violated.
There will be an additional $30 cleaning fee if your fur family joins you and an additional $30 per night which will be added by host upon booking confirmation.
Beach: We are happy to provide 6 beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach wagon for your use. Please help yourself to these, and be sure to brush off the sand before bringing them back up the stairs and into the house. We have 4 beach towels that you will be responsible for washing, drying and placing back in linen closet so other guests can use them. We recommend bringing your own beach towels as well, just in case the provided towels are in use or unavailable.
We want your experience to be the best possible and will do what we can while you are there to make that happen. Please don’t wait until after your stay to notify us about concerns.

We love biking the island or renting a golf cart to get around. Right outside our unit you can pick up the free Forest Beach Shuttle (please tip the driver). You can’t miss the open red bus. This shuttle can take you to any of these places: Coligny Plaza, Pope Avenue, North and South Forest Beach Avenues, and the Seacrest Resort.
Why they chose this property
We love this beautiful island. The people are friendly and warm. Enjoying the outdoors is important to us. We don't need a car here with it's proximity to restaurants and shopping. The beach is walking distance and provides a perfect getaway!
What makes this property unique
Beach Arbor Villas is a smaller complex that is quiet. Unlike many larger developments, it's a great spot to return to after a day at the beach or biking around the island. The pool is never too busy.
