Cozy spot located 4min drive to the beach

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood. With just a 4 to 5 minute drive to the main strip it was a perfect getaway. Walls are thin but with a sound machine or white noise from your phone you will hear nothing.

Nice cozy place

Nice, cozy place. Easy access to beach’s and good restaurants. Check in code did not come in prior to check in time. Noise from other units were little obvious.

Great stay

Lisa communicated promptly. She gave tips about the area. The unit was clean and provided everything we needed plus additional requests. Would recommend for two adults and two small kids max. The pool was so nice to have after a day at the beach! They even had beach gear and pool toys for the kids which was a huge help.

Cozy and spacious beach stay but noisy

Pros: very spacious, close drive to the beach, convenient and easy parking and check in, clean, quite comfortable, well stocked with amenities. Cons: VERY THIN WALLS. So thin that if your next door neighbor is watching TV and talking loudly until 4 am, you will be too, as happened to us. As this was happening, we emailed the host and while of course we did not expect an immediate response as it was the middle of the night, we still have not received any response about the matter. In this unit, the TV next door is right against the bedroom wall which resulted in one of us sleeping on the couch and the other sleeping with noise cancelling headphones. Luckily we only experienced one night of this as those people checked out and the next night was much quieter.
