Be one of the firsts to stay in this eclectic 1-bedroom condo with 10 2-person rooftop hot tubs. Located just outside downtown Traverse City, close to beaches, trails & downtown life. Once you stroll through the door, you’ll feel charmed by the handmade woodworking and cheerful touches your local TC hosts curated for you. This quiet corner unit boasts high ceilings and oversized windows, giving an airy feel. The space is perfect for 2 with a king-sized bed, but also cozy for 4 with the pullout sofa.

This sunny space will be the perfect place to land after a day of exploring in Northern Michigan. But before that, be sure you soak in the rooftop hot tubs. The tall 11' ceilings, oversize windows and exposed industrial design give space, warmth, and a modern feel. This corner unit layout includes two additional windows that allow the daylight to flood in.

Your hosts, two tight-knit couples from college days, created this space just for you. We had fun purchasing items locally, vintage and new, to give you that memorable feeling while you’re vacationing.

Sleep in comfort with a king mattress, blackout shades, fans, and linens. The fully stocked kitchen includes coffee, spices, paper towels, trash bags, oil spray, Ziplock bags, containers, and more. The immaculate bathroom includes toilet paper, hair dryer, towels, and all-in-one wash. There is also a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and detergent so you can go home with clean clothes.

If working remotely or simply browsing, there is fast speed fiber internet. And for your entertainment, there is a 58" smart TV in the main living space and another 43" smart TV in the bedroom.

What a lovely place to stay. Fantastically clean amenities. Enjoyed the distance from the downtown area. Everything was so accessible. Less than 5 min away from just about anywhere you need to be in Traverse Bay region. Would recommend to anyone!

Beautiful condo!

My wife and I stayed at the condo in August 2024. It was roomy with high ceilings, excellent furnishings and decor, big open kitchen, very comfortable sleeping, perfect family room for conversation or watching TV. All appliances were brand new. Location was great, too, as it was a short drive to downtown Traverse City. Very clean and fresh. Great communication with the owner Brad. Couldn't ask for a better host. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for a great stay!
