Lighthouse Pointe #603 is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom open floor-plan condo with a spacious balcony overlooking the pristine, expansive sandy beaches of Redington Shores. Our immaculate property includes a large grassy yard that surrounds a large solar-heated pool with brand new chaise loungers and umbrella covered table seating.

No detail is overlooked in this fully stocked condo with a modern kitchen complete with granite countertops, wood cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. Beach towels, extra bed linens, starter bathroom and kitchen supplies and a full sized in unit washer and dryer allow you to pack lightly and enjoy your time here stress-free. A private storage closet just outside the unit holds everything you and your family will need for enjoying the beach, including beach chairs, umbrella, tent, coolers and beach toys/games.

Redington Shores has a low-key, residential ambience with a neighborhood seafood market, pizza parlor and several locally owned restaurants within walking distance. Popular seafood restaurant Salt Rock Grill is a 4 minute drive away. Less than 10 minutes south is John's Pass with over 100 shops and restaurants in addition to water sports rentals and lively nightlife. -Only one reservation is allowed per month; one month minimum term.
-Rental application required.
-Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
-The fireplace is not for guest use.
-No pets allowed.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Visitor spaces open as available; public parking nearby within walking distance.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
