This beautiful recently built house located just a few steps from Chelem beach is an example of modernity and elegance. Enjoy the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from your comfortable terrace on the second floor.

The house is perfect for hosting large groups as it has 5 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms and is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail as well as being fully equipped with all the amenities for your comfort, just a few steps from the beach, one of the most beautiful in the Yucatecan Riviera.

The ground floor has two bedrooms, the main one with a king-size bed and the second with a double bed, each room has its closet and full bathroom. The living room has a large sofa and TV with high-speed internet. It also has a guest bathroom and dining room with a view and access to the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and cooking accessories.

The second floor has a beautiful terrace-tropical palapa with fantastic views of the sea with a large sofa and lounge chairs and three bedrooms with double beds, each with its closet, bathroom, and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has a TV and balcony with ocean views.

At the back of the house there is access for vehicles with an electric gate and space for three vehicles. The house also has a washing machine, dryer, grill, and beach chairs.
