Wonderful!

Our group of friends range from 50 to 88 years and span friendships over 4 decades. Our trip to Cape Cod staying in this beautiful VRBO was perfection. The accommodations were awesome- 5 bedrooms with their own bathroom, a guest bathroom, a huge brand new kitchen with 2 dishwashers and tons of counter space , a pool, hot tub,, a lovely big living room and a dining room table that seats 12. One of the best VRBOs we have ever rented!

Extremely well equipped kitchen, spacious dining room and living room. Loved the hot tub, pool, and fire pit. Had lots of fun in the game room. Our group totaled 10, siblings, spouses, and cousins, and all enjoyed great group times around meals at the large dining table, and with games in the living room. The property is well-maintained and beautifully landscaped. The property management was very responsive to text inquiries. Activities included sunrise at Nauset Beach and sunset at Skaket Beach - wow! Great restaurants, bakeries, and e-biking the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Provincetown was a great day trip! And, of course, we made certain to visit the lighthouses! We all had an absolutely delightful time!

Overall our stay was amazing. This is a beautiful property with lots of space to spread out. It was clean and everything was in good condition. The location is not too far outside of Orleans in a quiet area.The pool was large and they had floaties and pool toys to use. The hot tub was also nice. The kids had fun playing the Playstation 4, video games, and air hockey. The kitchen is large with 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, 2 coffee makers, espresso machine, 2 ovens, and multiple garbages, There is also another fridge in the basement along with an ice machine and wine cooler. They also had beach chairs and coolers to use for our beach day. There are multiple beaches nearby this property.The pool heater did stop working about half way through our trip, and within a few hours of notifying the property managers they had someone onsite to fix it. Additionally, the pool wasn't "dirty." however, it did have some leaves in it. Nothing that stopped us from enjoying it.
