Stayed here for a girls' 50th bday weekend trip. Property was clean and nicely decorated. Pool/hot tub was amazing! Plenty of towels available. Beds were comfortable, kitchen beautiful and a/c worked well. Good central location in a residential neighborhood. Did not have to contact owners during stay but they were communicative on all questions before booking. Overall, very pleased with this pick!

We were in town with family celebrating our son’s graduation from ASU. This home checked all the boxes for the 5 adults staying there. Plenty of room for everyone, the game room was fun and offered an extra area to unwind. The kitchen and dining table provided ample space for our group. There are lots of pots and pans, dishes and serving utensils. Everything one would need to make themselves at home. The beds are very comfortable and the water pressure in the showers is great. We loved the pool, spa and fire pit and used all of them. We sat outside daily for morning coffee and afternoon snacks under the covered patio. The back yard is very private. The house is very comfortable and felt like staying at the home of a friend. It has an excellent location which is very convenient to both Old Town and ASU. It’s a quiet neighborhood which is just what want when we return from the day’s activities. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this home to others. You will not be disappointed.

Every inch of this incredible home has been remodeled with our guests in mind! All natural wood floors and no carpets to accommodate those of our guests that have any allergy concerns. A gourmet kitchen with high end appliances, gas range, ample counter space and a large island for gathering around. Enjoy a large sectional couch in the front room for relaxing or enjoy the large game room complete with a shuffle board table, arcade style game, wall games as well of lots of toys and games for the kids. Both bathrooms have been remodeled from top to bottom as well! The gorgeous backyard features large patio spaces with lounge chairs, a dining table, a built-in BBQ, gas firepit with seating space, a large spa with cascading water feature, large play pool with a baja step that can be heated for your year-round enjoyment!
