Updated Condo in the Historic Jarvis Building - Downtown Durango - AC

Our studio condo (Unit 110) located in the Historic Jarvis building and is in the heart of downtown Durango at 10th and Main Avenue. The condo has a convenient assigned off-street parking spot and full size fully stocked kitchen and AC. The Jarvis building also features a common patio area with a gas grill and seating.

This condo is within immediate walking distance to everything the historic downtown has to offer. Go for a run or a bike ride on Durango’s river trail just two blocks away. Visit one of the many exceptional coffee shops or discover why Durango is known as the city of Brewerly Love by visiting one of our six local brew pubs. The central location simply can't be beat.

Bed Configuration:
Main Bedroom (Studio) - King Bed

There is a shared laundry room on site. It's open from 7am to 7pm and will lock before and after those hours

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

The condo is not pet friendly - please do not bring your pets or emotional support animals.

This place was perfect for our needs. It is an adorable studio and well appointed. The location is as good as it gets and having our own entrance was really nice. Most of the apartments in the Jarvis are through a vestibule into a big building with an elevator, but this studio’s front door is right on the street, making it so easy. The parking spot was just across the street and super easy to access. There is noise on the weekend evenings from the bar across the street but they have a fan in the closet you can use. I also was confused on check in day (my mistake, not the owners) and they were highly responsive. Great stay! I 100% would stay here again.

Great place. Has everything you need. Bed is comfortable and bathroom and shower are clean. Kitchen has everything you need. The refrigerator will freeze your stuff so don’t turn it up you high. Location is amazing. Walk to everything Downtown Durango has to offer.

This place and location is great. Very convenient to walk to shops & restaurants. However, the bar across the road has live music on Friday & Saturday nights till around midnight which is quite loud but it wasn't an issue for us. Would definitely stay here again!!

The condo was perfect. Parking was convenient.The bar on the corner was very loud especially on Friday and Saturday nights.We did experience some confusion in finding the entrance to the condo, however the contact person was patient and very helpful.

Great location and comfortable. Note if you are looking for a quiet stay this place is across from a bar that stays open late and the train is right behind the building. I happen to love the sounds of both and would definitely be back!

We loved everything about our stay here! Exactly like the pictures with everything you need and even better in person. The location is perfection! Super walkable to everything downtown and near several grocery shops too. Only communication issue was the instructions in the automated messaging don’t exactly match the info in the guest handbook which had more general info for all their units- the auto messages seemed more accurate/applicable. Also, if it’s important to you, note they have cable on the tv but no streaming options. If we ever get the chance to come back, we’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for sharing your wonderful space with us!

Very good, great location close to main street and restaurants, did not need to drive around town. But did to get out to visit family and hike and go to James Ranch, a must. Bed was super comfy and clean. loved the convenience of having a kitchen for drinks and snacks, brought my own cafetiere italienne for coffee. Supermarket so close.

We loved the easy access to everything in town from this condo. All the downtown shops and restaurants were an easy walk or bike ride, and there were many trail systems close, too. We would stay again.
