Enjoy a string of golden sand beaches, coastal nature walks along the Maha'ulepu Heritage Trail, a wide range of dining options, boutique shopping, National Tropical Botanical Gardens, a Robert Trent Jones II designed golf course, snorkeling, surfing, and beach combing, turtle spotting and Winter whale watching all within 8 minutes of your accommodations.

Willing to adventure a BIT farther? It's just a 20-minute drive to board a boat tour of the spectacular Na Pali coast. An hour by car will place you on the edge of the "Grand Canyon of the Pacific" at Waimea Canyon State Park. Just a bit farther is Koke’e State Park- covered in forest, wildflowers and 45 miles of the state's finest hiking trails.

Came as a family of 6 and we all really enjoyed our place. It was so spacious and open! The beds were comfy, plenty of beach accessories and everything we needed for an enjoyable week. It was exactly a 12 minute walk to poipu beach. We would definitely stay here again!

The location and the layout of the apartment are great , we were a family of 5 with 3 kids and it felt very spacious. All the bedrooms face the parking lot which is not so great but other wise it's a great value for money , walking distance to a beautiful beach , close to town and great place to explore the island . Property management was very responsive to all queries . Overall very happy with our stay .

Great condo that is in really good condition. Both pools were perfect for our family and the location in Poipu Kai gives you quick access to the greenway and the entire east side of Poipu. Property manager was very responsive and we would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Regency Poipu Kai!! What a beautiful property! The beach is really just a few minutes walk away on a well manicured little path that goes through the property. The condo was very spacious with great amenities! We had everything we needed right there. We loved that we had access to beach chairs and boogie boards too! What a comfortable option! We felt right at home. I loved that we were so close to parking. The location was just so great! Close to the beach and not far from food and shopping. We would love to come back and stay here!

Needs repair

Paint peeling off doors and door frames, wainscoting, kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Air conditioning not working- one bedroom like an oven and one like a freezer. No table lamps in living room or 2nd bedroom-only harsh ceiling fan light. Can’t open door to porch, ‘view’ is of the parking lot. DO NOT RENT THIS!

Great Place

Clean and well kept. Had plenty of towels for beach and in condo use. Location gave easy access to Brennecke’s (5 minute walk) and Poipu beach (7 minute walk). Six beach chairs and three bodyboards available for use. Plenty of room for our four adults and two teenagers. We enjoyed using the pickleball/tennis courts everyday for a nominal fee. Pool was never too busy and the hot tub was a nice way to unwind at night. We loved our family time spent staying here! Mahalo!

The condo was very clean, especially for being near a beach. There was a note that there should be snacks there, but there weren't. No problem for us, but strange. There is a stacked washer and dryer. Sort of small for the five of us, but we made it work. The management was very helpful and responsive to each communication. The kitchen was nice, but lacking utensils and drinkware. I believe there were four cups and four coffee cups. Which we had a family of five, so we were re-using water bottles often. No metal spatula for the pool grill either. There was one face to the cabinets where the hot water heater is hidden and it was coming off (we notified management & they offered to have it fixed). I left behind an AirTag, which when locating, appeared to be at a housekeeper's residence, instead of notifying me. Once I contacted management about it, they offered to ship it back, but it took a few weeks to hear back on it. Once I did, they wanted to charge me to ship it, which was somewhat understandable, but after spending a few thousand on a week stay there, you'd think they would have sent it back out of courtesy. Aside from a few things broken and the lack of kitchenware, the condo was clean, nicely designed and in a great location to walk about 5-10 minutes to the beach. This place could definitely accommodate 6-8 people but I'd recommend they provide more than five beach towels for out-of-town guests. No lock on the bedroom doors. No master bath door. Still would recommend.
