It was a great place to stay. The only problem that we had was the smoke detector in the hall way. It began chirping our first night there. We called Sweetgrass and they sent someone the next day. Then our second night there, it began chirping again at 2 AM. And it chirped every 45 seconds until he showed up at around 10:30 AM that second morning we were there. So we did not get much sleep that second night. When he came he just took out the smoke detector, and we were able to sleep peacefully our third night there, which was our last night. My recommendation for Sweetgrass is to have a non emergency number to call in the middle of the night. We had a number to call for emergencies outside of office hours, but not for non emergencies like this. We texted the emergency number and received no response at 2 AM that second night. So that was just frustrating. Other then that the stay was nice.

10/10 Stay in Kiawah!

Loved everything about this place. We loved taking walks to the beach and loved the private nature of the villa. Cleanliness was top-tier and would love to stay again!

Not enough food choices nearby. Also mattress on master bedroom bed and couch need to be replaced.

Great Condo!

This was my first time on Kiawah Island as I was there for a conference. This condo was perfect! It was a 2 minute walk to the West Beach Conference Center and about a 3-4 minute walk to beach. I would definitely return!

Nice beach getaway

Overall we had a very good experience! The property was clean and comfortable and a short walk to the beach. The only things to be aware of is that the door was difficult to lock and unlock and also the directions on Maps didn’t take us directly to the unit so we were a little confused driving around before we found it on our own- obviously not huge deals, but something to be aware of.

Great getaway!

Room is convenient to access from main road, easy parking, clean, easy beach access, and good setup! Worked good even with our family of four. Only downside with older family is bathroom and showers. Other than that it’s great

Lovely condo

I would definitely stay here again. It's a lovely condo in a great location. The only frustration is that I did not get an access code and had to call the after hours line. Otherwise, very pleased.

Cute condo with good location

Cute, small condo close to a lot. Beach access, bike trails, and even the grocery store is close. Liked how the entire island community is gated/security gate. Kitchen was fully stocked with all pans, plates, glasses, etc. and was nice to have the extra half bath. Felt some of the cleaning could have been better, but overall ok.

The unit needs work, rust on window screens, front door does not seal-can see out, no closet to hang clothes-there is a metal 'rack' in dining area. The main bathroom is small and hall 1/2 bath is tiny.would not go back

We arrived to clean, well appointed accommodations. Very short walk to boardwalk 7 leading to a lovely beach. Freshfields Village is within 2 miles and has everything you’ll needTo enjoy your stay without spending time in the car. I recommend renting bikes and enjoying the 30 miles of trails. We enjoyed the Mingo Point oyster roast very much. Charleston is in close proximity with many more dining options and things to do for foodies as well as history buffs. The only negative was that our unit had very little closet space or clothes storage so we had to live out of our suitcases which was not ideal but not a deal breaker either

We enjoyed everything about this rental! Very clean, short walk to the beach, and so convenient with little children or walking back to make lunch, nearby Night Heron park. Overall great location, it’s clean, and we enjoyed the size of the rental for our small family. The pull out couch is a great addition! We would absolutely stay here again! The only negative thing we experienced was the trash pick up for the area was extremely loud in the early mornings, so we would wake up to loud crashing and banging sounds most mornings, however I understand this is not controlled by the host. Just an FYI in general.
