Located in the sought-after Summit community, this newly refreshed hideaway sits 3,000 feet above sea level, offering stunning views and quiet comfort just ten minutes from downtown Gatlinburg.
The thoughtfully designed interior features a queen bed in a cozy nook, a comfortable sleeper sofa, and a Smart TV. A wood-burning stove adds warmth and mountain charm (wood available on site), while the sleek kitchen with stainless steel appliances provides everything you need for easy meals.
Step outside to your private balcony to take in endless ridges of mountain beauty. Guests also enjoy community perks including a brand-new indoor pool and spa, outdoor pool, arcade, playground, clubhouse, and picnic area—fun for couples and families alike.
Whether you’re here to explore, recharge, or simply breathe in the mountain air, Dreamers Mountain Cottage offers a serene space to experience the Smokies at their finest.
Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.
Government ID required to be sent when rental agreement is signed for booking to be accepted. Primary renter must be age 25 or older, and must remain on site for the reservation term.

One of our recents guests put it best: "Deb's little Mountain Getaway was absolutely amazing. We came in and stayed almost a full week. The view every morning overlooking the Smokies was, quite literally, a breath of fresh air. The amenities were amazing and the Wi-fi was perfect. If ever there was a dream scenario, a getaway in the mountains with perfect cable and perfect wi-fi is the perfect combination. Overall, 10/10. I wish there were more stars to give!
