Great location up the Mountain! Close to the upper Tram station that takes you into Gatlinburg! Comfortable beds, and all appliances in great shape. Would definitely book again. Great for 2 couples!

The mountain views were pretty. This condo needs some major TLC for maintenance. A/C did not work the last night, 2 of the TV's has issues along with a toilet. This condo is in need of some attention with updates.

Host had great communication ,Main room tv did not work which was a bummer. a big complaint I had was how loud the upstairs neighbors were ALL NIGHT, but there’s not much you can do about upstairs neighbors in a complex like this.

The property didn’t have an elevator but included it in the description. The air conditioner had to be repaired as soon as we arrived. We only ended up staying here 1 night because the lack of elevator was a deal breaker for us but the longer we stayed the more cleanliness issues we noticed. The view was the only really good part.
