Breathtaking ocean views and spacious living accommodations await you at this newly fully renovated fabulous 2 bedroom 2 Bathroom Makahuena Condo right on the oceanfront of Poipu Point.

Well appointed fully equipped kitchen, accommodating up to 8 guests, in a total of 1800 square feet of living space.

Centrally located in the heart of Poipu, Makahuena 3-203 offers resort amenities and beach access all within walking and short driving distance. Makahuena Resort is perched on a rocky point above the ocean in Poipu. This unit has ocean views and access to the pool, tennis court, hot tub and BBQs. The property is within an 8-10 minute walk to the beach. Witness breathtaking sunrises and sunsets from the over-sized ocean view lanai overlooking the pool and explore the coastal walkways leading to resort amenities, Shipwreck’s Beach, Poipu Beach Park, The Grand Hyatt Resort, casual and fine dining , gourmet grocery stores and weekly farmers markets.

Beach Gear: We provide beach towels, a wagon, 4 chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler.

Just as advertised. Beautiful oceanfront view from this spacious condo. We spent 4 days there with another couple, and everything was great. We had some other friends staying in another unit in the same complex, but everyone preferred to hang out with us because of the spaciousness and views. There are quite a few stairs to navigate with luggage and / or groceries, but the effort is worth it. The hosts were very commuicative and accomodating. 5 stars for sure!

Amazing Ocean Front Condo

We stayed in this beautiful Condo for 4 nights in May of 2025 with our two adult kids. Everything exceeded our expectations. Complex is a little dated, but very well maintained and quiet. The Koolcondo has been completely updated. The location is excellent and coffee or cocktail time on the lanai / balcony was magical.
