New Cozy Beach Bungalow, only a 1/2 mile walk to beautiful quiet Beach

Completely restored. A nice covered outdoor patio , for lounging , reading a good book connects the two separate buildings. The left building is a large beautiful bedroom with a new comfy queen bed and the right building Has the full kitchen with everything you will need , full bathroom stocked with towels , Beach towels, soaps n shampoos , and other bedroom with a new comfy queen bed too. You will enjoy this coastal beachy themed little oasis! Pictures of the house to come in next couple months . I love to decorate and you can check out my other listings to verify, offering easy cancelation policy until pictures are up , so you can rest assured its where you want to stay :) Pops of color throwout and such a calm inviting vibe.
The Beach isn't a 1/2 mile down the road , you can walk along the water or enjoy the short nature trails along the tree line . Greysmarsh farms is across the rd , pick fresh berries, lavender or veggies or you can just purchase what's in season, lavender farms all around within a 5 mile radius, Another great location within minutes is Cline Spit where you can watch parasailing. So much to do all around . You can hike out to the light house at The Dungeness wild life refuge too ! Minutes to the Olympic game farm . You won't be bored and it's a great place to rest in-between activities.

House was perfect for us!

Everything was there and it was somewhat small but perfect for us. I would recommend this spot for anyone wanting to visit the park (Hurricane ridge was amazing and the lavender fields in Sequim were wonderful.

Beach Bungalow was a great place to stay. House was very cute. The house had everything we needed. Neighborhood was quiet. Property manager responded promptly to inquiries. Sequim is such a nice coastal town.

Born and raised in the northwest I too love to travel and explore , we often use vrbo and airbnb for our stays and have learned from our experiences as a guest , how we want to be seen as a host. We strive to provide a Extremely clean , simple but full stocked home that feels very welcoming and relaxing , one that is hard to leave at the end of your stay .

Why they chose this property

This is a more secluded older little beachy neighborhood with a good mix of old and new. Very safe and family friendly. Short walk to the beach ! Catch a sunset or sunrise , ships going by or just enjoy the peace it brings . Our neighbors are 420 friendly , you do get a hint of it sometimes. . Bald Eagles often fly over and all around our area. You are very likely to see and enjoy deer in this area. This little neighbor hood is a mix of old and new, such a fun vibe. Lots come out with the sun, Dog walkers, bicycles , the smell of someone BBQing or roasting a marshmallow over their firepit maybe even music . It's a Very peaceful little area about a mile from the well known Greysmarsh farms , fun berry picking or you can just purchase their fresh picked berries and veggies to go. You can actually see there farm through the large poppler trees at end of our driveway . 4 miles away and there is another great beach called Cline Spit , so fun to watch the parasailing .

What makes this property unique

Completely remodeled in 2024 ( the adorable little bathtub is the only thing kept from the 1960 Bungalow. Clean ,fresh and only 1/2 mile walk to the beautiful beach. Great outdoor living space in our covered patio that adjoins the 2nd bedroom to the main cozy home . Huge yummy plum trees when in season .
