Absolutely beautiful home!
This property was absolutely amazing! From the gorgeous and intricate interior decor, to the thoughtfulness the owner put into making sure everything we could possibly need, from cookbooks, to maps, to brochures on nearby activities. Everything you could possibly need to prepare any type of meal was there. We loved that there was a fresh coffee press and grinder and my children were very excited about the waffle iron. They even had spices (which can easily be forgotten) which to our delight most were organic. The master jetted bath was lovely and we enjoyed relaxing with the candles the owner had decorating the area. There was plenty of space for me to get some alone time to just sit back, relax, and get away. The hot tub outside, spa, and outdoor shower were amazing. We spent every evening just relaxing outside gazing at the stars and listening to the frogs. The beach nearby was very easy to get to and was nice and shallow by the shoreline which was great for children. There wasn’t a lot of people so it was like we had a whole world all to ourselves. There’s lots of hiking and beaches and restaurants nearby. There were tons of channels available to watch and the the WiFi worked well. We wish we could have stayed longer! Mina was extremely friendly and accommodating. She was exceptionally timely in her responses to us, which was very much appreciated. I cannot day enough about her hospitality or her wonderful property. Everything was nice and clean. Not a single speck of dirt in the entire home. There was plenty of fresh linens and a washer and dryer and even laundry soap and dryer sheets. Everything you could possibly think you would need was there. We will definitely be coming back. One of the best mini vacations we’ve been on in a very long time!! My only suggestion would be to bring citronella candles. The mosquitos were a bit active at dusk. Which should be expected as there is a gorgeous inlet right off the back porch teaming with wildlife. We even had a hummingbird that got into the home when we first checked in that was quite exciting :) catching it and putting it back outside was extremely fun for my children lol! If you stay here, I promise you will absolutely love it!
I can not say enough about this house. It is beautifully decorated with
Indian art and textiles. The hot tub and sauna were such a treat!
Views from each side of the house is amazing. Upstairs there is an open room where I did yoga and could look out the window at the water.
The kitchen is well equipped even for elaborate meals. The yard is beautiful. Nice quiet road. Your will NOT be disappointed!!!!
Amazing house with beautiful antiques
We had a wonderful stay - very beautiful house with amazing interior.
Nice location and house but kitchen needs thorough clean.
We enjoyed the interesting home and beautiful yard but had to spend quite some time cleaning dishes before we used them because they were visibly dirty. We ran a dishwasher load of silverware, plates, bowls, glassware and washed all other serving bowls and cookware by hand prior to using. The kitchen floor also needed a good scrub. Sadly, we can't recommend this VRBO.
We are very sorry to hear that you found some dirty dishes. We presume that they were not used dishes, because our cleaning lady normally does a very thorough job of washing and cleaning after the departure of every guest.
However we have informed her about your complaint and await her response.
We hope you can accept our apology for this inconvenience in what was otherwise an enjoyable stay.
Very nice property. Quiet and fairly secluded. Huge e deck and patio. Near the beach!
The house was really nice and spacious. The kitchen was great for cooking. The yard was very well kept up and maintained. The back deck with the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower was the best part of the house! Nice barbecue and table to enjoy outside area. Perfect for outside dining! The jetted two person tub in the master suite was excellent! The overall experience was great!
Perfect Vacation Getaway!
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the beautiful Northwest, and your home made us feel both welcomed and pampered. =)
This area is known for its easy access to the Olympic National Park which includes Hurricane Ridge, Crescent Lake, forest trails, Sol Duc hot springs and the Spit which is part of Dungeness National Wildlife Refuge and the world's longest sand spit. It is home to over 250 species of birds. The Lighthouse at the end of the Spit is clearly visible from our picture windows.
