☀ You have access to all areas of the house, except for a few locked closets containing the owner's personal items & cleaning supplies. Rest assured, there’s plenty of space for you to store your personal belongings during your stay.

☀ The best way to reach out to us is through the booking platform as our messages are monitored. We typically respond within 30 minutes during the hours of 7am-10pm.

> Other Things to note:
As required by Big Bear Lake policy (not ours), you'll need to agree to and sign the City of Big Bear Lake's "Good Neighbor Policy" before gaining access to the house. We’ll also need to verify your identification. This process can be completed electronically, or you can visit our check-in office if you prefer.
