Welcome to Beach:30. This brand new beach house is located in one of the most coveted areas of the entire peninsula, Gulf Shores Neighborhood, and is centrally located to everything. This 4B/3.5B offers two king suites; one is located on the first floor. There is plenty of space in this open floor plan with double decks for enjoying the sunshine, watching the waves kiss the shore, and more. We manage several homes that are within walking distance in this neighborhood. (Construction nearby this home 2022) Highlights of the home: • Sleeps 14 in beds MAX • Two balconies with gorgeous views *Highchair & pack n play available • Dog friendly for a fee - Two max and must be approved! • Fully enclosed outdoor shower • SMART TV's w/ Direct TV throughout • Charcoal BBQ grill 12x24- You must provide your own charcoal and clean it afterward • Smoke detectors • Full-Size HE Washer/Dryer • Custom Fire-Pit • New stainless steel appliances, including French door refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, blender, crockpot • Fully equipped kitchen for max guests – Cookware, cookie sheets, baking dishes, knives, cutting boards, silverware, plastic dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, Keurig coffee maker, and regular coffee pot (regular drip, cone filter - please bring your own coffee and filters) w/ hot water dispenser, toaster, plastic dinnerware for kids. Beach 30 Vacay

Beautiful cabin, well furnished, and well equipped. Second row back with decent view of gulf. Location of stairs kept you out of the sun for loading and unloading for the most part. Great location. Negatives: Cabin was not cleaned well. Kitchen and bathroom counters were dirty. Floors were dirty with hair everywhere. Tried to vacuum but vacuum cleaner broken. Grass was overgrown which made mosquitoes even worse downstairs. Even with the negatives, family and friends had a great time. Would rent again, but hopefully negative comments will be addressed.

The house was so beautiful and a great view

The house was beautiful our family enjoyed it very much. The beach was just a short walk or purchase a pass that allows you park on the beach. Everyone enjoyed boogie boarding the waves.

Everything was wonderful ! There could be more storage in the bedrooms..ie: dresser...but other than that it was perfect!

Wonderful Family Time at Crystal Beach in June

Arrived right at 4:00 pm and the house was ready. What a pleasant surprise when we walked in the door. Beautiful home, great layout, tastefully decorated, plenty of room for eleven of us, fantastic bunk room for our kids and king beds for all adults. Wish master bathroom had had assist bars in shower, but we managed. AC worked great, no issues or problems to report. Large stove and oven and they worked great also. Two coffee makers, one being a Keurig, which is all we used. Plenty of silverware, dishes, glassware & coffee mugs. Stored in master closet was a highchair, stick vacuum, pack n' play, iron & ironing board, mop & bucket and broom & dust pan. With a little "creative shuffling" we were able to use the floor & shelf in that closet for some of our storage needs. House had a TV in every room and offered Direct TV, also internet with WiFi. Our time at Crystal Beach was awesome, and Beach:30 was equally awesome.

We loved our stay and the property. It was a great location to the beach. I loved how everything was labeled so it made everything easy to locate and put back properly. All instructions were easy to follow. Great place!

Gorgeous Cabin in prime location on Crystal Beach :)

This cabin is beautiful and very well stocked! Our group of 7 had everything we needed and then some for a comfortable long weekend at the beach. The views are awesome from the 2 decks (there are no cabins directly in front to obstruct the view!) Thank you for a simple check in and easy check out. We love renting with OCPD

Hidden Gem!

Great location, awesome property, very clean, perfect for our family reunion! If you forgot anything, 5 minutes to the Big Store! That is really the name. A must visit. Great Mexican food and seafood restaurant within 5 minutes at Jose’s with live music.

Fabulous Property

Beautiful home with great view of the water. Upper balcony also has nice furniture for sitting and viewing as well. Lots of space with comfortable beds. Kitchen has all you need and as a perk there are small labels in the cabinets and drawers so you can tell where things go or are supposed to be. Many times though the kitchen is well supplied it's a hunt everytime you look for something. Light switches are labeled too which is also very helpful. Downstairs tikki bar is very nice with about 8 stools for hanging out. Downstairs shower is also very nice with shelf to put toiletries and a place for change of clothes. Nice large BBQ pit as well. Very close to the drive on beach access but close enough to easily walk to beach. Owner was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions Perfect place for large crowd.

Stunning decor, great beach views.

Beautiful bedrooms, excellent linens, plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen and to top it off, the cottage was immaculate. Great views, short walk to the beach. My family and I highly recommend Beach 30.
