About this property

Deer Valley, Walk to Main St. Lots of Room, Sleep17! Brand new hot tub in July

Updated rates will be added by end of April for 25-26 season! Under new management and new listing host, however this home has been in the rental pool for years and would always receive 5 star reviews.
This Pinnacle townhome offers 5 bedrooms; there are two top floor suites, a King bedroom with ensuite steam shower and an extra Twin bed, and a Queen bedroom with a set of Twin bunks in the room and a standard ensuite bathroom, a middle level Queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and two bedrooms on the lower level, a King bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a Twin bunk bedroom with 2 sets of Twin bunks and 2 individual Twin beds. This configuration sleeps a total of 17 guests. The property is suitable and rented only to adults ages 25 and over and noise ordinance/no event regulations in this neighborhood are strictly enforced.

This property has various flights of stairs leading to the 4 different levels of recreation and bedroom space. Therefore, the property is not suitable for elderly or small children under the age of 5. The staircases are custom built and wide thereby not great for baby gates, however the design is strategic in being highly attractive for multi-family ski vacations, corporate retreats and Sundance Film Festival executive stays, singles trips and more! Multi-levels offer various private spaces, big bedroom suites, and multiple family room spaces for gathering and relaxing.

Homey vibes

We loved our stay!! Jill was so kind, and was very accommodating. We were informed that the hot tub was not working the day we got there, (which was definitely one of the attractions of the property for us), but Jill is working on reimbursement possibilities. Overall, wonderful experience, wonderful and cozy place. And so happy we booked here!
