This rustic charmer boasts a spacious open floor plan with high vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and wooden accents throughout. Spend memorable times in the welcoming living room, furnished with guests' comfort in mind. Watch entertaining movies, shows, and sports games on the smart TV while the warmth of the river rock wood-burning fireplace keeps you nice and toasty. The adjacent kitchen has been appointed with all the essentials to prepare exquisite homemade meals for your group. The living room opens onto an extensive deck with impressive mountain views, an outdoor dining area, and a gas grill. Another great outdoor perk is the small enclosed dog run to the southwest side of the home. Regarding indoor entertainment, this mountain-view retreat boasts an entertaining arcade basketball Pop-A-Shot game, a foosball table, and a shuffleboard table. In addition, when you book this retreat, you will be granted access to a community pool and hot tub. Additional on-site perks include a wood stove in one of the bedrooms, a main bedroom with a stationary bike, a smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub, and a washer/dryer.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
