The spacious master bedroom features a luxurious king sized bed with a brand new memory foam mattress and fine linens. There is ample closet and dresser space that accommodates even those with a love for packing a large variety of wardrobe choices. An in room television makes it the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventures. Enjoy a relaxing waterfall shower in the fully stocked ensuite bathroom.

The roomy second bedroom features a comfy queen sized bed, and a designated work station. The room makes the perfect place to hide away and read a book in the large leather chair or take care of business at the ensuite desk. A spacious closet and drawers are there so you can unpack while maintaining a tidy and welcoming space. Unique components of this guest room include a skylight and direct access to the meditation room.

The meditation/yoga room features a tranquil, open practice space to relax, unwind or move your body. Yoga mats and basic exercise equipment effortlessly invite the inclusion of movement into your vacation. A dose of calm and relaxation built into your stay! Nothing adds more ease to a vacation like having clean laundry. Your access to free laundry facilities is entered through the meditation room.

Situated off of the hall for the two guest bedrooms is the guest bathroom which features a recently updated shower. Fully equipped with all the toiletries you need during your stay.

They have a sliding door that opens up to the meditation room although it will always be locked and covered with curtains and a privacy screen. Throughout your stay, their access to the shared laundry facilities will be through the outside door, thoughtfully designed to guarantee your relaxation and privacy remain undisturbed.

Parking? We`ve got you covered with not one, but two onsite parking spots included in your reservation, located directly in front of the home. And if that`s not enough, ample street parking nearby ensures you`ll likely never have to circle the block for a spot.

Pet Policy and Approval Process: While we adore pets, their presence on the property is not permitted. Inquires can be made and occasional exceptions may be permitted. Any exceptions regarding a pet requires prior approval and an additional pet fee following the completion of your reservation.

Smoke-Free Environment: We maintain a strict no-smoking policy on the premises. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping The Pelican smoke-free.

No Parties or Unauthorized Guests: Parties and unauthorized guests are not allowed to ensure the tranquility of our community.

Community Consideration and Quiet Hours: As part of the closely-knit Cardiff community, we kindly request that The Pelican be reserved for smaller gatherings. Large groups or parties may not align with the respectful and harmonious atmosphere we aim to maintain for our neighbors. Please note that quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 10 am.

Safety Device Notification: If you notice any issues with the smoke or carbon monoxide detectors, please notify us immediately.

Property Safety and Security: Before setting out on adventures beyond the property, ensure the kitchen door and laundry room lock are engaged. Additionally, lock all windows. It`s crucial to leave the interior door knob below the deadbolt unlocked to prevent accidental lockouts. When outside, press the lock button on the keypad to secure the door.

Fire Safety Reminder: For your safety, please refrain from leaving plug-in heaters on when you`re not on the premises, as they pose a significant fire hazard.

Energy Conservation: To help conserve energy, kindly turn off all lights and the AC when you`re not on the premises.

E-bike Parking Protocol: If renting an E-bike locally, please park them inside the laundry room overnight or when not in use for added security.
