Simple slice of heaven

My family stayed at C's Cottage for a week last year. We loved it so much we came for another week this spring. We are a family with three 20-something kids and parents. There was ample room for the five of us.The cottage is warm, comfortable and simple. Modern and clean, not sterile. The whole cottage is well designed--both open and cozy.The kitchen is well equipped and functional. The view out over Lake Michigan from the dining room is incredible. We loved walking on the beach and even took a quick dip in the lake.C's Cottage is well positioned on the quieter lake-side of Door County. Baileys Harbor and a nice boardwalk hike are just minutes to the North. Jacksonport is even closer to the South, where we found kayak tours to Cave Point. We biked in Peninsula State Park and took the ferry to Rock Island.Overall the perfect Northwoods stay.
