Beautifully designed spacious 3 story 2400 sq. ft home with fully equipped center island kitchen, oversized master bedroom suite, 2 family rooms, and 2 designated home office spaces. The open floor plan is perfect for family entertainment. The first floor consists of an open kitchen, living room, dining room accommodating 9 people, bedroom, and full bathroom. The second floor contains a master suite with attached office, large walk-in closet, and master bath. Additionally, there are two additional queen-sized bedrooms and full bath. The third floor contains 2 family rooms for kids to hang out for gaming and streaming to accommodate a large family. Hardwood floors throughout the entire home. Outside grill available for barbeques. Two reserved parking spaces in rear of house. Less than 4 minute walk to the beach.
Spend your days on our pristine Manasquan Beach, walking the boardwalk, fishing at inlet, kayaking or paddle boarding (rental shops close by). Visit our downtown Manasquan shops, abundant outstanding restaurants and enjoy nighttime entertainment, including Thursday night fireworks and live musical presentations on the beach.
