This condo boasts an unbeatable location on Spencer’s Creek with direct access to the sound for water enthusiasts. The ocean is an approximate five-minute walk offering one of the largest beaches in Avon. Explore the waters from another point of view while launching your kayaks or paddleboards or try your hand at fishing, all available from the private dock. Enjoy easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, ice cream parlors, and water sports rentals, all just steps away from Spencer’s Watch.

As soon as you step inside this charming water-view condo, you’ll be greeted by a colorful and bright open floor plan. After you spend a glorious day at the beach, take a dip in our private community pool, come back, relax in your bright, sunny living room, and take in one of Hatteras Islands' amazing sunsets. Enjoy dinner at one of the local area restaurants or prepare a meal in the fully stocked kitchen. After dinner, you can choose to play one of the many board games offered, grab a book, or watch a movie from the vast DVD library. Roku system is available for streaming in the living room and primary bedroom and YouTube TV is available to guests to enjoy local and many cable channels. The primary suite features direct balcony access and an en suite bathroom. Other amenities include a picnic area with charcoal grills, a laundry facility, and an outdoor shower.

Great Place, But Comfortability could be better

This place is super clean, great location - close to dinning, shopping, fishing, and beach access. Communication with the owner was seamless and always super attentive. The only two downfalls to this place that I wanted to mention is that the beds are all super hard - not even firm, more so like you are sleeping in a box spring .. it was so uncomfortable by husband was ready to go home night 1 but instead we drove an hour One way to Walmart and bought a mattress topper for 2 of the 4 beds. The other thing is the AC unit; we keep our house around 71 in the summer - this unit cannot go below 73 at anytime no matter how slow you adjust the thermostat. We had to use fans throughout the condo to circulate the air to make it not stuffy in the unit. Like I stated, this unit is clean, has a nice view, is close to amenities, and much more. Just the comfort of the unit could be a bit better for the price you pay.
