Our 4BR/3BA condo with elevator access is located in Coconut Grove, North Myrtle Beach, SC.
There are two reserved parking spaces located in the parking lot below the building. Spaces are clearly labled 301 and are located directly across from the elevator. We have provided two parking passes that can be found on the counter in the kitchen. These must be used at all times while parked on the property in your appropriate parking spaces. All other parking for additional vehicles must be on public streets or in public parking lots. No trailers are allowed. Parking is strictly enforced and vehicles will be towed if they are not appropriately parked.
This property is golf cart friendly and there are special golf cart parking areas. We can recommend some local golf cart rentals if you are interested.
Grills are available in garage area as well as picnic seating.
Enjoy the oversized balcony with seating and a terrific view. It is the perfect location for your family vacation or beach getaway. Smith Rest #301 sleeps up to 12 people.
The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bath with "tub/shower" and a separate shower.
One bedroom contains two queen beds and has its own private bath, "tub/shower."
There are two bunk beds (4 twin beds) in another room and it shares a "Jack and Jill bath with tub/shower" with the remaining king bedroom.
The kitchen is fully stocked, so you don't have to bring a thing.
The living room has enough seating to enjoy an evening in, family time, or watch a movie on the large flat screen TV.
The dining area has plenty of space for your family meals.
Sit on the oversized balcony and see the ocean from this spacious location.
Walk across the street to the beach or enjoy a swim in the on site pool.
WiFi is available. The Network ID and password are on a note on the the refrigerator.
