The view from the balcony was beautiful. You could set put there and see everything, boats, planes, and dolphins. The check in was really easy. All questions answered quickly. There is only enough parking for 2 vehicles with additional parking 2.5 miles down the road. Parking is somewhat tight under the condo. There is a pool and around 12 different condos share, never an issue with the grandkids. Make sure to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and wash clothes.The condo was clean. They do have 2 coffee pots for those that like coffee. Broom, dust pan, sweeper and other cleaning products if needed.We really enjoyed our stay with easy access to the beach.

Condo was a great value - lots of room, oceanfront with easy access to beach. Pool was nice as well. A small hiccup with check in but Kimberlee handled it immediately and was very apologetic, things happen. Outdoor furniture was due for replacement so alerted her, but things wear out over time and we've stayed in enough condo's that we understand this. Overall we would stay here again if available when we return to north myrtle beach. Condo was also supplied with more than the average "starter" stuff, so we had trash bags, several rolls of paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. which isn't huge but just made it extra convenient and is appreciated. Overall a couple of small blemishes didn't impact our rating or experience and we would recommend this place to others. Thanks, for a great stay!

Great Stay

This property was perfect for our family. It was clean and comfortable, right on the beach, and convenient to groceries, etc..Pam was a wonderful host, easy to get in touch with and very gracious.

Awesome view.

We had an excellent time during our stay, the beach is right off the back deck. We had a couple maintenance issues that were handled almost immediately, this was the second time we stayed in this condo, thank you to Pam for another wonderful vacation.

This condo is beautiful had plenty of space for my family of 11 to go and stay comfortably and is also beach front with its on private deck access to beach with shower and waterhose to rinse after beach. We really enjoyed this place and definitely will stay again

Pam was great to work with! She was very quick to respond to our questions and make sure we were satisfied.This has to be the cleanest rental we've ever had! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed!Thank you so much!

I first want to start and say that the communication with the property manager was amazing! We reached out with lots of questions/some concerns and they were so quick to respond! Check in was 4pm, but they were generous and let us check in a bit earlier! When we walked in the condo was clean. We did realize after about an hour, our feet were black, so we had to buy a wet mop to clean the floor. No biggie. There were also some crumbs and misc things left on the floor and in the bathrooms. I was Advised that the owner was there the day before us, so I am not sure if it was a rush to clean the place. We also had to clean most of the dishes we used prior to using them. I would recommend updating some of the utensils as some were rusty or very used, but otherwise worked out just fine!It was great being on the beach and having a view. They provide a few beach chairs and toys. Parking was okay. You only have two spots, which most families do travel in one car, but we had three. The alternative option is parking 15-20 minutes away, which we did not use. When booking the owner did tell me it was about 5 minutes away, but it was further and unfortunately inconvenient for us to use that option. I recommend only two cars. Pool was nice! There are a total of 9 units and the whole time we had the pool to ourselves each time. Not that it mattered sharing if we had to. We loved staying in North Myrtle Beach. It was an easy drive to everything in Central Myrtle.

The property was as described. I suggest you post an outside picture of the property, its very nice. There were a few issues we had to deal with, but overall, it was a great vacation!

The condo was in a great location about a mile from the Cherry Grove pier. We were thrilled that it had direct access to the beach from the back deck. The unit was well provisioned with dishes, cookware, and appliances. Beds, towels, linens, etc. were clean and comfortable. It's an end unit, so there's lots of light and it was quiet when we were there. The host was communicative and responded to messages withing a few minutes. There's two reserved parking spaces per unit under the building, so there's no fighting for a parking spot, and it's a short walk to the unit.

Loved the condo. Direct access to the beach. The linens and towels being supplied was wonderful, along with the equipped kitchen ( one less worry for the vacationer!)The host was beyond helpful and truly respected our wishes. We played phone tag for a bit, but Kimberlee was an absolute delight to speak with. She was very concerned about my family having a great BEACH vacation, and this we did!A1 and the Sand Trap Villas hold a special place in our hearts and helps us to create memories as an extended family ( parents, sisters, brothers, cousins, nieces, nephews, grandkids, kids) for many summer (all together in one place, steps away from each other and the Atlantic Ocean). My family has stayed at sand trap renting one to four condos during the last week of July.Thank you for allowing my family and I another opportunity to make those magical memories and having all the amenities of home!Book this condo you will not be disappointed!

The perfect location for our family. True ocean front property. Everything was clean and lots of beach toys. Kids had a blast!! We spent our mornings with our coffee on the back deck with plenty of seating highly recommend. Host was very fast and helpful when I had to reach out with a question.
