We really enjoyed our stay! The host left us alot of nice amenities and the beach/ sunset views were spectacular!! The only drawback was the current construction going on at the base of the building. But, we made the best of it and would definitely return to the area!

Vacation June 2025

This place was amazing! There are chairs available to rent on the beach that they put out for you and have an umbrella- I wish this was listed rather than us having to find the phone number for the people but other than that we loved this place and the location! Would stay here again

The unit had everything we needed for a beach stay. The beach chairs provided were great. Bed was very comfortable. Cooking utensils were more than adequate. Would definitely stay here again.

The new laundry system is excellent, but you need a smart phone to use it. Carts provided for luggage & household items!

Spent many mornings on the balcony enjoying the view. Always love walking on the beach there and appreciate seeing all the different birds. Many places to shop and eat nearby also. Definitely want to return at some point in the future.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice and clean and there were lots of extras (beach toys, kitchen items etc) but the condo needs updating - specifically the patio doors. Part of the reason for being beachfront is the view. It was impossible to see it through the old foggy glass of the patio doors. You had to open the doors to enjoy the view (and there aren’t any screens). Appreciated the newer mattress on one of the foldouts in the LR but the other one needs replacing. Bathroom also needs updating. Also, the complex is nice but the pool is too small for the building. It says it’s heated but we were there mid May and the pool was still too cold to enjoy. Probably would not stay there again. For the price, there are better condos in the area (with two bathrooms).

There was just a little problem with the elevator that went out of service at least four times while we were there; this failure becomes serious when you cannot climb the stairs up to the fourth floor but besides that we have nothing to complain about.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the condo, but we disappointed that we couldn't use the pool until Sunday of our stay. And a bit unset that on Friday Oct. 12th the way to the beach was blocked. We had to go around the next condo complex to get to the beach, having waited for an hour or so because the workers stated that it would be open in 20 minutes.
