Cedar Pines # 1529 es una pintoresca y acogedora cabaña de una sola planta situada en los árboles cerca de las estaciones de esquí y las tiendas de comestibles. Esta casa tiene una cocina práctica con artículos esenciales y lavaplatos, además de barra de bar y un área de comedor con mesa. La sala de estar es muy cálida, con muebles cómodos, una chimenea de leña tostada y un televisor / DVD de pantalla plana. Cute and vintage cabin. Great atmosphere and was exactly what i was expecting for a weekend in the mountains. Very close to snow summit as well

Cute cabin

The cabin was older but honestly it was perfect for our one night stay! The neighborhood was quiet and our dogs loved walking around the neighborhood. Everything we needed was there. I wish the back yard was accesible from the house not having to leash our dogs to take out back but other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Good Cozy Stay

Overall, this cabin was very cozy. About a 20 min walk from snow summit so I would recommend driving. Actual Location of the cabin is further from snow summit than it appears on the map. Good stay.

Great one day stay

We enjoyed our one day stay a lot. Heater was great. Hot water was great (especially since my place hot water takes hot minutes). Super close to summit. May try to see if we can get spot for nxt quick trip.

Great stay!

We were very pleasantly surprised by the location and size of the property - it matched the description perfectly. Our only complaint was that some items in the cabin were a bit dusty, including the fans, which caused a lot of dust to circulate in the air when we had them on during the day. I imagine they're only used a few days a year, though, which is probably the reason. Overall, great stay.

Rustic Cabin Good for Skiing / Mgmt Co Hit & Miss

Relatively clean, sparsely appointed, close to Snow Summit. Mgmt company was extremely responsive to issues but had weak customer service prior to arrival.

Great location, older cabin

The management company was easy to work with and good with communication. This is an older property, which isn't an issue. But it's in great need of some maintenance. The carpet and upholstery is old and in need of cleaning (carpet is in bathrooms around toilets). It had a smell to it, for sure. Both bathtubs didn't drain properly, leaving us showering in inches of water. There was only ONE drinking glass in the kitchen. There weren't enough mugs for our family of 4 to make hot chocolate together. So we had to rotate who drank first. Lots of tiny tea cups though. There was also a broken part of front blinds and a pervious guest draped a tissue over it to cover the hole. So, in need of lots of maintenance. The towels and linens were clean and smelled good. Unit was clean. Location was perfect and so close to Bear Mt. Resort, but we wouldn't come back to this particular unit. For the price though, it might be perfect for someone, especially since it allows pets and has a small fenced yard.

Big Bear Cozy Cabin

Overall I had a good experience with the place. The only detail I was not a fan of was the fact that we had to load our trash in our car in order to dispose of it in one of the dumpster locations provided by the rental company. I don't mind taking my own trash out and putting it in the outside trash can, but having to load it into my car to dispose of it at a specific dumpster location was a little too much for a vacation. That should be the responsibility of the cleaning crew if outside trash cans are not available. Also, clean all the dishes before you leave. Why not putting them in the dishwasher and have the cleaning crew turn it on after check out. Sometimes I felt I was doing the cleaning crew's job during my vacation time :(

Love this place, my family spent most summers in Big Bear in a very similar cabin so it felt like home. Loved the back deck and the sound of the wind through the trees. Full kitchen is definitely a boss move. Thank you we can’t wait to go back.

Easy check in and cozy place centrally located.

The cabin is obviously dated, but the rustic feel had a charm. Overall, the place was clean and the towels and linens were decent quality. The bed was a bit hard, but the rest was a good set up. Everything worked to expectation. Solid rental.

Very nice place ...

We liked the house it self, clean , roomy, cozy , 2 bed 2 bath , great set up inside , the back yard balcony its large with a nice view to the trees , most important clean fresh air . Disliked its not a central heater its more like a huge auto temp controlled heater , when gets cold you need to open the doors to all rooms to get worm air in all rooms , but living room gets hot ... well its not big deal overall we liked our choice for the weekend vacation .

Big Bear Vacations was great. We had one little glitch at the beginning...no key in the lockbox—but it was rectified within 15 minutes. The place was lovely for the four of us. We will definitely use BBV in the future. Thank you!!

Cozy Cabin in a Great Location

This property is exactly as it is advertised. It was nothing fancy but it was comfortable, clean, and plenty of room for four adults and one Chocolate Lab. That's all we needed. The location was very convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. It had a nice sized fenced-in area in the back for the dog although (as advertised) it is not maintained but it worked just fine. We lucked out, had some great weather, and were even able to enjoy the back deck off the bedroom which was nice. We would stay there again.

The wife and 9yo son and his buddy went to big bear for the weekend. The place is cozy, comfy and convenient. Dishes, dishwasher and dvds. I’ve never written this much alliteration in my long lasting life! Delightful place.

Perfect Dog Friendly Cabin

We truly enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and close to Snow Summit. Our dog especially enjoyed the back patio off of the master bedroom. I would have given it a 5 star but the shower didn't work in one of the bathrooms and we found the TV remotes were difficult to work, but we finally figured them out.

The cabin was beautiful and very cozy, we really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, located on a quiet street, but still a short drive to the stores, restaurants and other attractions in town. Great customer service, we lost our internet connection, within 30 minutes a technician was sent to our cabin and the problem was solved. A home away from home, it had absolutely everything we needed which made our stay more enjoyable and relaxing. We will definitely book with Big Bear Vacations in the future.

Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.

All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.

No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.

No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.

This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.

We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
