Great family home in a country setting, between Traverse City and Suttons Bay

Lovely ranch style home , boasting a chefs kitchen, large family room with fireplace, and separate living room and dining room located in back of house. Large deck off dining room to bbq and enjoy the tranquil setting. Wood floors throughout, with a stylish eclectic decor. 55" TV in living room and another TV in den off Master Bedroom for entertainment. This 3 bedroom plus den , will sleep 6 adults and up to 4 children under 5. Kitchen has granite countertops for easy maintenance and newer appliances . Nice to have a two car garage and large driveway for boat etc! Traverse City is only 4 miles away and Suttons Bay 8 miles. Centrally located to all tourists sites and wineries! ! Elmwood Marina and its amenities 3 miles away for the boating and beach enthusiasts. Book now, summer dates available License #.2026-01 permit. Prime summer months july and August prefer minimum 7 day rental.

Great Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. The house seemed larger than the pictures, which was a very happy surprise! We had plenty of room for 3 kids and 3 adults. We also enjoyed the large backyard and deck. Barbara was a great host. Highly Recommend!

Comfortable house in a quite neighborhood 1/4 mile from West Bay, less than 10 minutes from TC

Very comfortable 2 bedroom home with great living space, comfortable furniture, and a private, quiet back yard. Well equipped kitchen, attached garage. Off M-22, closer to TC than to Suttons Bay, yet both very convenient. All of Leelanau County towns, beaches, trails easily accessible. Owner Barbara was easy to reach and very involved in the property and concerned about the satisfaction of her renters.
