ALOJAMIENTO A DOCE PERSONAS!

Indiana Avenue Beach House está disponible solo para familias maduras, responsables y respetuosas. Nuestra casa está ubicada en un vecindario residencial tranquilo y silencioso y no es adecuada para fiestas nocturnas.

La casa tiene cinco habitaciones en total. Una habitación se encuentra en el primer piso y cuatro habitaciones se encuentran en el segundo piso. Hay cuatro habitaciones con camas queen y la quinta habitación tiene dos juegos de literas gemelas. Hay cuatro baños completos. Un baño completo se encuentra en el primer piso y tres baños se encuentran en el segundo piso. Dos de los tres baños del segundo piso son en suite y se encuentran dentro de un dormitorio. ¡Hay suficiente espacio para todos!

Tenga en cuenta que no tenemos un gran patio. Hay suficiente espacio para un juego de Baggo, herraduras, lanzamiento de anillos, etc. en el patio delantero o lateral. Para actividades al aire libre que necesitan más espacio, estamos a muy poca distancia de South Beach's South Beach y Kid's Corners Public Park. Para ser claros, no tenemos un gran patio. ¡Lo que sí ofrecemos es la ubicación más ideal centrada entre el centro de South Haven y el lago Michigan!

¡Dado el tamaño y la ubicación, creemos que Indiana Avenue Beach House es el hogar perfecto para las vacaciones de verano de su familia!

Family fun in South Haven

The house was perfect for our needs. Five bedrooms and four full bathrooms made living easy. The kitchen is fabulous. We cooked every meal and gathered for games in this generous space.

The property was in a fantastic location—just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to come and go throughout the day. The house itself was very spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax without feeling crowded. Having four bathrooms was a huge plus, as it meant that everyone could enjoy the comfort and convenience of having their own space. The kitchen was also very well stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was the perfect setup for a comfortable and stress-free getaway.

Perfect location in the heart of South Haven, short walk to the water, downtown shops, restaurants, farmers’ market. The owner was very responsive, clearly committed to his guests’ needs—he was truly outstanding. The home itself worked very well for our group of seven. It combines historic charm with modern updates and amenities. Would highly recommend it.

My 11 friends and I stayed for a weekend and it was amazing! The house is exactly as described and big enough to comfortably house and sleep 12 adults. The bathrooms are plentiful and the kitchen and living room were large enough to fit everyone at once. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room couch was also super comfortable. The location is also perfect, and walking distance to downtown and the beach. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer! The only minor gripe was that the beds were kind of uncomfortable, but that was more than balanced out by how amazing the property is overall. All in all, stay here, you won’t regret it!

Great Labor Day weekend getaway

Awesome location, price wasn't a great value, but this was a bit of a splurge on a high volume weekend to make the trip easier given access to the beach/harbor for our family without needing to drive. Would stay again.

We visit South Haven every two years to enjoy time with our children and their families. The property we chose was great for the 10 of us. It is nice when each family can have their own bathroom and when there are many areas where we can mingle and play games

Very nice house....in a beautiful neighborhood with a great location.

Enjoyed our stay in this great 5 bedroom house. Walking distance to town and marina/lighthouse was a great plus! Beautiful kitchen, nice porches, the only downside was not much yard, and the beds/bedding could be updated. Our host kept us informed and was very accommodating . All in all we had a great weekend in South Haven.

Celebrating 70

Got together with high school girlfriends to celebrate all of us turning 70. Arrived at the Indiana house and every room was spotless and so comfortable. We all loved the kitchen that had everything we needed for us to cook. Loved sitting out on the deck enjoying Michigan fresh air. Short walk to town for shopping and restaurants. Michael's rentals are well cared for and you will feel like you are at home. Highly recommend!

South Haven Beach Home Rentals

We had a fantastic weekend getaway in South Haven thanks in large part to our wonderful host, Michael! From the very beginning, communication with Michael was excellent. He was prompt, informative, and answered all our questions thoroughly before our arrival. Upon arrival, the house was exactly as described and clean. It was the perfect space for our group of friends. Overall, our experience with Michael was top-notch. He made our stay in South Haven enjoyable and stress-free. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michael's property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area. We'd love to book again for a future trip!

The vacation was wonderful. The house was a great location and walking distance to beach and town. Weather was perfect. There were a few things that could be improved. Not enough flatware or dinner ware for 12. Otherwise it was great. I had a couple of issues with air conditioning and when I called the owner he called me back immediately and answered all of my questions. I would rent this home again. We are planning to return next year.. Thank you

Great location, old mattress

Exactly as advertised, great location, large home. Its a old home thats been rehabbed, so while there is air conditioning, it doesnt circulate well in the upstair bedrooms and the main level is freezing. Another drawback is the mattresses are old and sag in the middle. The pillows are old as well. If you have issues with sleep this could be a problem.

Fall Getaway

Everything was great! The house was very nice and clean. Lots of seating. Would be great for a summer stay for sure. It was very nice being in walking distance of the downtown restaurants. WiFi was available and easy to use. The ad did say the TV was a smart TV but it did not appear to be. There was a Firestick remote but no Firestick. That was really the only issue we had. It had lots of linens and fans in each of the bedrooms which was great. We were only there for 2 nights but it had everything you'd need for a longer stay.

We live in the north suburbs of Chicago however we feel South Haven is our home away from home. We can not say enough great things about the community and the people of South Haven. We both have very demanding schedules and spending time together in South Haven allows us to focus on each other and our four children.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

It seems with most beach towns in Southwest Michigan, if you stay at the beach, you have to drive in to town. Conversely, if you stay in town, you have to drive to the beach. South Haven offers the ability to walk to both. The South Beach and downtown area are only a short three block walk from the Indiana Avenue Beach House. Life is good and the living is easy!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We enjoy the easy access to the South Beach as well as the less than five minute walk to downtown South Haven. Once the groceries are purchased, there is no need for your car again. We have said it so many times but it is true... once you come to South Haven, it feels as though all of life's struggles seem to be lifted. We hope you are able to experience the same feeling! A great set up for additional family or your best friends but you still have your own private space!!!
