This beautiful Italian Villa located in the heart of Denver's Lower-Highlands district has an exposed brick wall, imported Italian tile, granite countertops, stained glass, and natural cherry floors. Experience a little taste of Italy in this must-stay two bedroom, one bath with a Romeo & Juliet style balcony that presents a skyline view of Downtown Denver. This home is conveniently located steps away from Union Station and all major sports arenas, while also featuring rare off-street parking.

The property is two stories with the living and kitchen areas on the first floor, and the two bedrooms along with the bathroom on the second floor. There is a spiral staircase for use inside of the unit in addition to the exterior stairs that connect the two levels. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and the bathroom is on the second floor with a tub and shower head along with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. Washer and dryer are available for use. The balcony is on the second floor and presents two sitting chairs with a table that have a skyline view of Downtown Denver. The first floor has a full kitchen for cooking with coffee and tea provided. Enjoy card games, Yahtzee, and the smart TV for entertainment in the living area. The desk provides a dedicated working area with an ergonomic desk chair. There are 4 stools for the dining table and more standing room if needed. The parking in the back is shared with the other unit and allows for 3 cars so please be courteous when parking your car.

Great location for nightlife

Cute place, right around the corner from a popular food hall. Busy area yet safe. Parking is tight, bring a small car. Right off interstate but no noticeable noise. Spiral stairs are tricky and not fun, but you can use the outside stairs to get up and down.
