Included in the McGregor loft building is also a high-end grocer, liquor and wine & tap bar for all your needs during your stay. This stunning three bedroom luxury loft penthouse overlooks Main Street with your own private balcony. With 2,600 sq ft, it offers a spacious living and entertaining area, dining table, and kitchen equipped with microwave, oven, gas cook-top, dishwasher, refrigerator, and the necessities to make a beautiful meal at home. Or venture out for the incredible dining options Hill City has to offer! Upstairs, you'll find the modern, comfortable bedrooms sleeping up to 12 guests. The master has a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. Room 2 has a king bed and room 3 has a queen bed. Overlooking the living space, the bunk bed loft has two twin beds and two queens and a gaming area with a foosball table for all to enjoy. Bathroom 2 features a double vanity and tub/shower combo, bathroom 3 has a shower, and bathroom 4 is a half bath on the main level. You'll have an inviting fireplace, cozy beds with quality linens, flat screen TVs, air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, in-unit laundry with laundry soap provided, and free on-site parking. Premium shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and paper products are also provided for your stay.

Amazing place!

This has to be one of the premier properties throughout the Black Hills. Everything is pretty much brand new and laid out perfectly for a big family. It’s also centrally located and makes getting around very easy. I will recommend this place to all my friends looking to come to town!

Lovely property, great location! Easy access to many sites in the area. Great Host to work with. The only consideration would be if you have someone sensitive to noise, you are on the Main Street of Hiil City which is very convenient but also a bit noisy. Had a wonderful stay!

Beyond a 5 star stay!

We were beyond impressed with this Loft from the minute we walked in until the end of our stay. It is absolutely gorgeous, very modern, extremely clean, very spacious and the owner was amazing to work with. Great communication! Would highly recommend this to anyone! If we were to come back to Hill City, we would be booking here again hands down!

Family Vacation w/Grandchildren

Great location, not only in Hill City, but in the Black Hills area as well. Loft 2’s open concept of kitchen-dining-living room made it great to have everyone in the same area. And we had 12 people in the space. The upstairs had additional space for people to hang out with a foosball table, which got used a few times with grandpa and the grandkids. We definitely made some memories during our stay. Carmen, our host was exceptional and attended to our every need. We would definitely refer others to this host and property.

Updated, beautiful property

We had an amazing time at this brand new property that is conveniently located right on Main Street. There is plenty of space, amenities, bathrooms, beds, and we were able to utilize the washer and dryer which was a bonus. Great communication with the property manager Shane who made the check in and check out process so easy! We brought a trailer of ATVs and dirt bikes and had no problem with parking. Note… if you’re looking for night life, this is probably not the area for you as most the restaurants close at 8. There are a few that stay open later but it took quite some time to get a table. Overall, the six of us (including 4 teenagers) had a blast and instead of night life, we were able to utilize the property's space, overlooking the town on the balcony, and foosball table which we loved. I would highly recommend this property or other new properties the manager has listed.
