Welcome to your Sands Villa, a cozy retreat that I'm thrilled to introduce to you! Though not expansive, this cherished space is meticulously maintained and thoughtfully upgraded, reflecting the care I've poured into it as my home and fits up to 6 guests! Recent renovations have further elevated its comfort, with ongoing enhancements planned to ensure your continued satisfaction. I hope to welcome you back year after year, creating lasting memories together.

Location-wise, you couldn't have chosen better! Situated in North Forest Beach, our villa puts you within easy reach of all Hilton Head's treasures—gorgeous beaches, bustling bars, convenient grocery stores, Coligny Plaza's charming shops, delectable eateries, breweries, and more. 5 min walk to the beach and a 2 min walk to Coligny! You truly wouldn't have to step foot back in your car until you leave this slice of paradise. Also, you are right next to the beautiful celebration park that is always hosting events and has tons of activities and room for your kids to play! It's a paradise for beach enthusiasts and golf aficionados alike, with top-notch courses and pristine beaches just moments away. Your beach essentials await by the door to the left upon entry, while keys are conveniently stored to your immediate left as you step into your new sanctuary.

Your comfort is paramount to me, which is why I've stocked the villa with essential starter amenities such as dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent packets, body wash, dish detergent, paper towels, fresh scrubby, trash bags, Kcups, sugar, creamer, and toilet paper. Plus, you won't need to venture far for groceries, with a Piggly Wiggly conveniently located across the street. Please note that while the villa comfortably accommodates six guests, it's a cozy space with only one bathroom. Rest assured, your comfort is guaranteed, and you're in for an unforgettable stay! There's a laundry room on the first floor to ensure convenience. During your stay, take advantage of the inviting onsite pool for a refreshing dip and relaxation.

Adorable Condo/Great location

The decor was so cute and the walkability to restaurants and the beach in the Coligny area can't be beat. I didn't get a chance to play Pacman, but kids would probably love it! Shower was nice and I appreciated the shampoo etc. I'd stay again for sure.

Perfect HHI Stay

Beautiful stay and perfect location for a week or weekend in Hilton head. House was perfectly stocked with everything we would need. We didn’t rent a car so it was great to have the beach so close by. Host was responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place near tons of things to do. Wow! This place had everything little thing we needed during our stay! We were thrilled to be in walking distance to the beach, shops, grocery store, restaurants; we never had to get back in the car! So clean and modern, we loved the beachy vibe and great decor, while also having a super modern and updated kitchen that was fully stocked with anything you'd need. Beds were comfy, bathroom super clean, great living space. Thanks Chaz for the making us feel so welcome! We will definitely come back and stay here this summer!

Beautiful property close to beach!

This was the perfect property for my husband and I to stay a few days in Hilton Head! We wanted something close to the beach that was updated and had everything we need to make meals at the house here and there if we wanted to. The property is well stocked with anything you need and there’s tons of thoughtful touches (like Pacman)! We love grabbing a coffee in the morning and sitting outside after we make breakfast, so the outdoor dining was perfect for that. Host was very knowledgeable of surrounding areas and gave us some great recommendations for our stay. Highly recommend heading to one of the nearby beaches for a stunning sunset while you’re here! We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
