Spectacular Hood Canal Views/Olympic National Park/Brinnon Waterfront House
(Free 2 kayaks to use/ Fast WIFI included/Strict 6 guests limit)-The house is a cozy older waterfront home on Hood Canal awaits your visit. You will be blown away by the view you'll see of the beautiful canal through floor to ceiling windows when you walk in the front door and look past the kitchen to the living room and the water beyond. You can enjoy watching eagles during spring and summer fly by or sea lions and seals and an occasional whale frolic in the water. Or perhaps you’d rather set out to scuba dive for octopus just 150 yards from the house. At the end of your day, grab some marshmallows and roast them in our fire pit, just a few feet from the edge of the water and also enjoying a beautiful sunset while cozying up to the fire.
The kitchen includes a breakfast bar and dining area. It opens into the dining room and living room where you will enjoy the incredible view of the water. Take in water view while sitting out on one of the two oversized decks at night looking at the full moon’s reflection on the water is a great way to relax at the end of your day.
The living room has an insert fireplace and space for family gatherings and activities. Downstairs in the first floor is a ping pong table, air hockey, 2 person shooting basketball game, Gamecube, and kids can have their own space for games, and treasures you find on the beach.
Our kitchen is stocked and our dining area with a table that seats six, or enjoy eating outside on one of our two decks while enjoying the view.

We spent Thanksgiving at this home and enjoyed the beach, kayaks, and decks. The kitchen was missing some things that would have made cooking easier — like measuring cups, a vegetable peeler, and a 9x13 baking dish — but we improvised. We’ve stayed here before and would stay again!
Stayed here for 3 nights and had a blast. Wildlife and canal access were as promised and did not disappoint. Spent the weekend clamming and harvesting oysters all of which were very close to the house.
Amazing vacation! House on Hood Canal was perfect. Gorgeous views of harbor porpoises, otters, sea lions, and eagles. House is older and we couldnt get the tvs to work in the upstairs and main level bedroom but we werent there for tv so it wasnt a big deal. Host was veru responsive to questions through VRBO and text and trip was very smooth!
The house was perfect for our needs. It was such an easy check in and out. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had about the house and area.
This location has both scenery and serenity! It was the perfect place to relax, spend time with the family, go kayaking, take in the beautiful surrounding, and visit the many nearby locations.
Great place to stay right on hood canal has everything you need to keep the kids busy and entertained. Interior a bit dated but everything was clean and can’t beat the views and convenient location.
Beautiful, serene, location and property! Host does a wonderful job communicating and offered us options for dining/groceries/activities. Check-in and check-out were super easy, which we appreciate, and there are plenty of options for things to do or just relax and enjoy the beautiful view! Property is very clean, stocked with basics, close to road but super quiet and all you hear is the waves lapping on the shore.
A beautiful house with the best views of the canal, sunrise, and sunsets! The house met all of our needs with prompt and easy communication with the owners.
Thank you for a wonderful week!
Had a lovely time here. Used the kayaks provided and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Sat and watched Bald Eagles and a few otters from the deck. Very relaxing surrounded by nature.
Everything about the house was easy and allowed us to rest and visit. Loved the deck looking over the water. Manager was a great communicator. Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone!
2 decks overlooking Hood Canal. Really comfortable spacious home right on the water. Watch the tides come and go while seals and eagles cruise the water. Hiking trails close by.
A can't miss location to enjoy Olympic Rainforest.
LOVED the provided kayaks and access to water...we brought paddle boards and had a great time with seals, porpoises, herons! Upper deck fantastic for eating outside, enjoying morning and evening skies. Beds/baths worked for 3 couples, enjoyed ping pong table/game room and family games around dining table. Kitchen was perfect for dinner in. Recommend!
This home had it all. It was comfortable, relaxing and clean and had nice access to the beach via a trail. We made good use of the two kayaks and both decks. Our family had a wonderful time reminiscing our days on the Hood Canal. I would stay here again.
We planned a family vacation and this property was perfect. There was plenty of room for our kids to have their own room & then some. Basketball hoops, ping pong table, air hockey, & board games were among the entertainment this beautiful property has to offer. The views provided so much relaxation and watching the eagles fly by directly in front decks was spectacular. The owners were extremely hospitable.
Amazing property. Peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Had so much fun playing games with the kiddos, walking the property, kayaking and viewing nature. Saw eagles, seals, porpoises, otters, starfish, crab, shrimp and endless sealife. Definitely planning return trip.
There is basically 4 levels of this house that has a different views and experiences. Kayaking, air hockey, basketball shooting thing. Great experience for the whole family. Cant say enough!
