Sparkling clean and beautifully furnished, this quiet retreat offers a fully stocked kitchen, plush beds, fast Wi-Fi, and a private fenced backyard perfect for relaxing after a day of wine tasting. Ideal for families, couples, or business travelers. Hosting a group? Ask about Townhouse No. 2 (hot tub) & No. 6 on the same block.

We respect your privacy, but we're always here if you need us. You'll enjoy self check-in, and we're available via phone/text or messages through the booking platform if anything comes up during your stay - plus local recommendations.

Step outside and enjoy one of Oregon Wine Country’s most walkable downtowns. Just one block to find chef-driven dining, boutique wine tasting rooms, a local distillery, bakeries, and artisan shops.

Guest favorites include Cuvée Restaurant, Blind Pig Bistro, Carlton Bakery, and Horse Radish. Sip local spirits at Bull Run Distillery, explore boutique wineries like Ken Wright Cellars, and browse charming shops such as Milltown Mercantile and Rough Cut Soaps & Sundries.

Drive 10 minutes to McMinnville's Historic Downtown and discover a charming downtown with many restaurants, pubs, galleries, and shops all over again. Or, travel 20 to 30 minutes in any direction and tour rolling wine country roads to 100s of wineries throughout Yamhill, Carlton, Dundee, Dayton, Newberg, and McMinnville. Don't forget to take a day trip to the Oregon Coast, just 1 hour to Lincoln City.


Guests have private access to the entire home and the backyard. Self-check-in is easy via a secure keypad. There are 2 free parking spaces: 1 in the driveway in front of the townhouse and 1 in the garage (garage door access will be provided at check-in). There is also plenty of free street parking, with newly paved roads, new sidewalks, well-lit streets, and well-defined parking spaces. You'll receive detailed check-in instructions prior to your arrival.

Main Floor: Newly built and thoughtfully designed, this luxury townhouse lives like a private single-family home—connected only by a shared garage wall for added peace and privacy. The open-concept main floor includes a convenient half bath and a bright, airy kitchen, dining, and living space with high ceilings and windows throughout that fill the home with beautiful natural light, plus a cozy living room fireplace for relaxing evenings in. A stunning full-length glass patio door creates an easy indoor/outdoor flow—perfect for entertaining—connecting the kitchen and main living area to the fully fenced backyard patio with seating and a barbecue grill, where you can relax while your pups run and play under twinkle lights and a cozy heat lamp.

Upstairs Layout: The upstairs is thoughtfully designed for comfort, privacy, and flexibility—ideal for couples, families, or friends traveling together. The spacious, private primary bedroom (king bed) and full bath ensuite are located on one side of the home, while the 2nd bedroom (queen bed) with an adjacent full bath sits on the opposite side, giving everyone plenty of privacy. Situated between the 2 bedrooms, you’ll also find an office with a dedicated workspace, including a desk and chair, plus a comfortable sleeper sofa that adds extra flexibility for guests. For added convenience during longer stays, a stackable washer and dryer are tucked into a closet at the end of the hall.


Uber and Lyft are available in Carlton, and downtown restaurants, shops, and tasting rooms are just 1-2 blocks away. For exploring Oregon Wine Country, you'll want a car, hired driver, or wine tour (we'll send our favorite local options after booking).

Morning Coffee: Enjoy locally roasted whole bean coffee from Table Top Roasters in Yamhill. In the kitchen, there will be a drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, creamer, and sugar.

Fully Stocked Kitchen: Open the cabinets and drawers, and you'll find everything you need to whip up a quick meal or cook and bake your favorite holiday meals. The kitchen is also supplied with a spice rack, olive oil, vinegar, BBQ utensils, a meat thermometer, hot-pads, kitchen towels, and extra paper towels.

Newly Built Townhouse: The townhouse is connected by a single garage wall, so you are never sharing a living space wall with another unit. The home lives large and airy, like a single-family home with high ceilings and windows on all sides, streaming in natural light.

Backyard: Fully fenced so you can relax with the kiddos or watch your pups run and play. There is outdoor seating with an umbrella, BBQ, and a heat lamp for cooler nights.

Dog: We welcome your dog with doggy dishes and a private backyard for them to explore. (See our dog policy, but if your situation is a little different, don't hesitate to ask management to see if we can accommodate).

Your Family: We provide a pack-and-play and kiddo dishes.

Two Free Parking Spaces & Free Street Parking: There is 1 free space in the driveway in front of the townhouse and 1 in the garage (garage door access will be provided at check-in). Also, there is plenty of free street parking, with newly paved roads, new sidewalks, well-lit streets, and well-defined parking spaces.

Connectivity: High-speed Wi-Fi suitable for streaming and remote work.

Dedicated Office Space: Upstairs, there is a private room with a desk and a chair. The home has a wifi extender for the upstairs to ensure fast connectivity at all times. There is also a comfortable sleeper sofa that can sleep 1 or 2 people. There are extra pillows, sheets, and cozy blankets in the closet for the sleeper sofa.

Exactly - if not better - than listed. Super walkable location to all the restaurants and wineries in Carlton. Clean and well stocked accomodation with a king bed that was heavenly. Can't wait to stay again!

Wonderful Home in the Heart of Carlton

This is a brand new, lovely town home. The location is incredible. You can walk around the corner to incredible restaurants and wineries. It’s a short drive to McMinnville, and even closer to Yamhill.

Great place to stay in Carlton. We will definitely stay here again. Walk a block to all the good spots on Main St. Great central location and the property is really clean and well appointed. Property host is very helpful and a wonderful communicator. A+

Great Townhouse and Location for Wine Tasting

The townhouse was clean and had everything that was advertised. The outside area was nice and easy to enjoy. The location in Carlton was walking distance to wonderful restaurants and a couple of tasting rooms. Carlton is also right in the middle of fabulous vineyards for a great wine tasting adventure.

Summer time in wine country

We really enjoyed our stay at the townhouse in Carlton! What a great location. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and Main Street. The house was perfect size for two couples and had everything we needed. Coffee on the patio was a great way to start the day. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Clean, cute, and close to town.

This townhouse had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked and equipped. The guest rooms and bathrooms had great linens and towels. The soap and other amenities were wonderful. The living room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for visiting into the evening. Location was incredible! We never used our car while we explored the town of Carlton. We would stay again.

pleasant stay

We loved our time in Carlton, Anita was a terrific host. She communicated from start to finish and made us feel very at home. The location is perfect for a short walk for pastries, burgers, coffee, wine, margaritas, shopping... you name it! Very clean home, plenty of comforts to help you feel right at home. We enjoyed the patio with the heater for the chilly evenings and even having coffee in the mornings. We also made a couple of day trips to Cannon Beach and Silver Falls. Plenty of things to keep you happy in this area.

Great quite wine country stay

This place is great for 4 but ideal for 2-3 people. Great location within walking distance to the quaint town of Carlton. The house was clean and had everything you could think of, coffee, creamer, cleaning supplies even laundry detergent to start a load of your own. Beds were comfortable. There was even a spot for a work area if needed. It’s a 3-4 min drive to Soter winery as well as a walk to Ken wright or Carlton winemakers. Mini grocery store close by. And a patio for bbq. The neighbor next door is very friendly and has a pup herself. She works at Durant winery and had recommendations. All other wineries are within 15-18 min on back roads. I would definitely recommend this property for 2 couples, or 2 friends. I will be planning to stay again. Plus communication was very easy from the get go and the host continued to check in through out our stay which was nice. I live in Portland area so didn’t need as much guidance but if I was from out of town this would have been a great addition. Thank you for letting us stay. We can’t wait to come back.

She had the Wine Country Farmhouse…he had the Walter Link House, which is how Anita and Larry met. Well...it was at the UFO Festival, but that’s another story. The result was another Vacation Rental, and now another one along the way. Both are natives who grew up in the wine industry; as kids, Anita picked grapes during harvest on one of the first vineyards in Dundee, and Larry was raised on a farm in what is now the McMinnville AVA. Like Salmon, they returned after exploring the world to pursue their passion in their hometown: preserving historic properties and sharing Oregon Wine Country with the world. By joining forces—with Anita’s background in real estate and Larry’s background in construction—they have created a solid team in the growing family of Wine Country Properties.

This vacation rental is on a quiet, clean street with light traffic, where pedestrians walk their dogs and say "hello." The sidewalks are new, and it is a leisurely stroll around the block to Ken Wright Cellars and all the tremendous award-winning restaurants, wine-tasting rooms, bakeries, coffee, and boutique shops. Most of the homes on this block are vacation rentals, so you'll feel safe and welcome in this area. Carlton is a small rural town within the mecca of Oregon Wine Country. It is 10 minutes to McMinnville, 15 minutes to Dayton, or take a beautiful drive through the Red Hills and come upon Dundee. These towns are worth exploring, as you'll find hundreds of small vineyards everywhere.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The townhome was built in 2022 with a unique design. Only one side of the garage exterior wall connects to the next unit's garage, so you do not share a wall with the next-door neighbor. The townhome streams in natural light with its high ceilings on both floors and large windows from all sides of the home. And, as you would expect, the place is very comfortable with all its new modern features: central heat/AC, appliances, and an up-to-date floor plan. The backyard has secure fencing, and the grill and heat lamp are a bonus.
