A Great Location

The condo was very clean with everything necessary for a longer stay! We loved the gas fireplace and the large TV. The check in was very easy. We had our own indoor parking space Our questions were answered promptly.

Great home for our family

This was the perfect property for our family and was within walking to distance to everything we wanted. The only issue we had was that the cleaners were still cleaning when we arrived at the check in time and we had to wait 35 min in the lobby until they were done. Other than that, I'd highly recommend it.

Dear Katerina, Sorry to hear you had to wait a bit to get in. We are on time 99% of the time, but it all depends on how the unit was left by the previous guest and we always want to check you into a clean place rather than a rushed clean place. Hope you try us again! Deidre

Family visit

We had a great stay in this nice condo. The location is fantastic. You will not find a better spot in Victoria, close to all major downtown sights, Beacon Hill Park across the road and walking distance to Fisherman's wharf. The apartment is slightly dated, but still nice and spacious with all amenities needed. Since we rented for a month, we noticed that the apartment would have benefitted from a more largescale cleaning of floors, windows etc, but all in all it was clean and tidy.

A Super Stay

This was our first stay in Victoria and we enjoyed every bit of it, from Beacon Hill Park to the Imax, the Harbour and the friendly people. Our suite at the Landmark was most comfortable, and our hosts Tim and Heather were so efficient and knowledgeable. Five stars no question.

A wonderful Winter stay

From the moment of our first contact with Diedre to our last day in Harbour Walk this was the best stay we have had in Victoria. Diedre was always so positive and helpful and made sure things were always looked after. The suite (although a little dated) was wonderful. It is roomy, comfortable and probably the best location anywhere in the downtown Victoria area. The kitchen is so convenient and well set up, living dining area is large and very cosy. The fireplace was a real bonus. bathrooms are large and the bedrooms are great. The large deck off the master bedroom and the small deck off the living room make the unit seem even larger. Would most definitely recommend Harbour Walk and Diedre of Checked in Victoria.

great place to stay

The unit is lovely and very good location. I would definately tell people about this condo. We always received support when it was needed. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were wonderful. Some suggestions that need attention - Buy some furniture that is higher for people. Everyone needed assistance with getting up from the couch. Leg extensions on the furniture are needed. The dining room chairs were most uncomfortable. The only comfortable chair was the recliner. The bathrooms desperately need to be updated. Especially the low, low toilet. More bathroom tissue and paper towels are needed for extended stays. People should be told on the site that there are stairs involved in getting in the unit from the lobby. The rental should be using canadian funds. The added on fees for renting with American funds was not stated until the end of the transaction which really upped the cost.

Great location!

The condo was a good space for our party of 6. It is thoughtfully stocked with necessities, plenty of linens and washer/dryer in unit. It is clean and inviting from the moment you walk in the lobby. I was glad to have a secured parking spot and the location was fantastic: steps away from Beacon Hill park, across the street from the BC museum and a little jaunt to the wharf and downtown Victoria. The management has been super helpful and friendly with all the questions we had. We will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it!

Great location and well maintained condo

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Harbour Walk. The condo had everything that we wanted and needed to make our one month stay such a pleasure. Deidre was always available when we had questions or needed something done. She is always so pleasant and accommodating. The building is well maintained, clean and safe. We really enjoyed the wharf, museum, Beacon Hill Park and a 15 minute walk took you down to the ocean and parks. Many many restaurants were in easy walking distance. It is a great place and prime location. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

Great location, best price

My husband, parents and I stayed two nights in this 2BR apartment, right at the doorstep of Victoria. We were thoroughly impressed with the value this stay offered. It's located on one of the main streets which is perfect for being able to easily wander into the city without fear of getting lost. The apartment was clean and well decorated, and the beds were comfortable. At first we were uncertain about the process for getting the keys, but once we did it we found it was very easy and laughed at how nervous we'd been, so don't fear the instructions: they are easy to follow and accurate. We have already recommended this property to friends, and if we return we will be hoping to stay here! Note: In addition to our stay, I did something a little silly and left some important items in our room. I only realized this as we were leaving Vancouver Island so quickly emailed to report this fact. I promptly received a call back so we could arrange delivery of my items, which gave me great peace of mind. I'm so very appreciative for how quickly and the professional way this matter was handled. Thank you!
