Welcome to your modern oasis in Provincetown! As you step inside this studio loft-style condo, you'll be greeted by an open floor plan bathed in natural light. The sleek, modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances including an induction cooktop, steam oven, full-size fridge, and microwave - perfect for cooking in comfort during your stay.
Guests have the option to sleep in the Wave Room, which is the lofted bedroom with a queen size bed, or they can choose to sleep on the comfortable queen size pull-out couch in the living room. The bathroom features a floor-level shower with thermostatic valve temperature control for added comfort and convenience.
Step outside to discover the backyard paradise awaiting you, complete with an exclusive-use patio, outdoor kitchen, space to eat and lounge, and a private 2-person hot tub to relax in. Additionally, guests can utilize the shared in-ground pool, perfect for soaking up the sunshine and enjoying leisurely outdoor gatherings.
Conveniently located just minutes from the deeded beach and with a bus stop in front of the unit, exploring the area couldn't be easier. Assigned parking space is available and the center of the commercial street is a quick trip via bus, bike, or car.

Home Layout:
First Floor: Open floor plan, kitchen, living room with queen-size pull-out couch, full bathroom with walk-in shower.
Second Floor: The Wave Room is the lofted bedroom, which has a queen size bed and luggage storage. The Wave Room is easily accessed by a pull out staircase ladder, which slides flat when not in use for additional floor space downstairs.
Backyard: Guests have use of the exclusive-access patio and back yard which includes a two-person private hot tub, an outdoor kitchen, grill, dining area, and lounge seating. Access beyond the wooden path is private space and is designated by a rope and signage. Please respect this as it affects the neighbors.
Pool and Additional Outdoor Space: Guests have access to the pool and side yard, which is shared condo property. Guests can access the pool through the wooden gate to the left of the condo and will receive the access code upon booking.
FEATURES & ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: *Kitchen fully equipped with: pots & pans which are specially designed for the induction cook top - instructions for use are provided to each guests, cooking utensils, glasses and cups, dishes, blender, toaster, air fryer, ice machine, and (drip) coffee maker to name a few! *Apartment size fridge can be found inside the front closet near the TV and large picture window. *The Last Unicorn is equipped with a mini-split for heat and AC for guest comfort. *The TV in the living room and the Wave Room (lofted bedroom) have Roku Streaming Sticks which allow guests to watch free content or sign into their favorite streaming platforms. *Supplies: The home is equipped with a starter roll of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags. Guests will have access to linens, towels, and a starter set of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. It is the guest's responsibility to supply any additional items and replenish any additional items needed during their stay. *Two beach chairs are available for guest use and can be found in the backyard.
Guests have access to the private condo, the exterior patio and exclusive use back yard (up to the end of the wooden walkway), the shared side yard with the inground pool, a private parking space, and access to the private deeded bayside beach access.

PET POLICY: Pets are not permitted at the Last Unicorn. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of any necessary steam-cleaning or deodorizing. Violations may also result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

We had the best time on our family vacation staying at The Last Unicorn. It was very clean and filled with everything we needed to start our vacation! The location is absolutely perfect to access beaches, shopping, and food. The loft was so fun and the ladder to get to it was incredibly secure and easy to use. The hosts were so kind and made sure to check in and that we didn’t have any issues. We would absolutely stay here again!! Book it!!!
