Once in a lifetime experience! Such a great romantic getaway for my wife and I. Lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. We were there for three days and we could have definitely stayed for the week. We will be going back in the future. Thanks for the amazing weekend

The view on the back of this boat was nice. We really enjoyed the location and proximity to downtown Sausalito. The host was slow to respond through the app and we did not receive videos to explain key details such as parking and door locks. The written directions were possibly outdated or just incorrect.

Such a unique and memorable experience! I found this houseboat to be very comfortable, well-equipped, and more spacious than it looked online. It is located on a friendly and quiet dock with convenient access to excellent cafés, restaurants, and stores. Parking was easy. There was no wifi on the boat so I used a hotspot from my phone. The host was communicative and helpful before, during, and after my stay.

This is a dreamy, cozy boat in a very nice, old skool marina. The neighbors were all so friendly and the views of the marina and the hillside (with fog creeping over it or sun rays peaking through the clouds) made it magical. The only thing I’d change would be to have at least two cook plates. It was difficult to cook for three people with just the one. However, if you just want to eat out, there are many great options within walking distance and a great natural food store just a block away. Definitely a restorative stay.

I loved the boat but my friend had trouble getting in and out of the boat and couldn’t get into the bathtub. She has a bad knee. She went to a hotel instead. Point being if you have mobility problems this isn’t for you. But if you want a fun experience you’ll love the boat. I’m 76.

The overall stay was wonderful. The bed was comfortable enough; it had the amenities we needed to function; there were places to eat nearby, and it was near SF. The area, the views, and the experience made the small inconsistencies not so bad. My issue started with the parking, as it was not what I expected. It is listed as: "Immediate parking with a provided permit with a 250 deposit that will be returned when the permit is returned." Instead, the instructions right before we got there mentioned that 3-hr parking was available unless we wanted to pay EXTRA for the permit. 25/night to be paid in cash. The bathroom situation was odd because you can't put tp down the toilet, as mentioned in the same instructions. I have been on many boats (private & rented), and that was a first, but we dealt with it. The wi-fi connection (although it says it has one) was inconsistent at best, and I work on my trips... so not great. Luckily, our phones had reception, so at least we had that as a backup. Also, (FYI) if you have hip, knee, or other mobility issues, this place might be a challenge for you due to the following: the walk to the boat, getting on the boat, the bathroom being down a small ladder inside, and the side of the tub being fairly high. I think the place is great for a night or two if you can deal with the things above. Overall, it is a beautiful space and a decent stay for some peace and quiet.

The house was perfectly setup as the description stated. Very charming! The parking posed to be a bit of a problem. The neighbors in slip 8 didn’t get the memo about the quiet hours from 9p-9a because they were up well after 3am making lots of noise and turning lights on and off. Overall, we had a great stay!
